  • This exercise is intense, it's advanced and made for a crew that is ready to take their training to a new level. Show them how it's done, give them an example and then let them do their thing. Tell them not to hold back, think about it too much and JUST BE FREE!
    Have fun with it!
    Set this 1 drill up with a quick cardio sprint or a slow heavy weight movement. Hit it for 3-4 rounds and you got a great phase you can add to a session. This one rocks me every time,
