This can be as hard or as easy as you want. I have a resting heart rate in the mid 60s, and I can get completely winded before the second round. Great quick workout!

It's amazing exercise and Im doing but what do I do with my body pain 😭😭 it's feel like hard bolt in my muscles, what do I eat or drink to recover this pain???
