"Wichita, of all places." Guys, there's so much aviation history and activity in Wichita. The fact that you two ran into each other there isn't a stretch.
Owen has one of the coolest pilot voices I’ve heard in a long time (I’m a controller).
There's (almost) nothing better than a controller with a great voice and there are times I don't want to change the freq.

Max, I really like that Wichita area. Great people with that wonderful midwest small-town culture. The evolution of that Garmin technology never ceases to amaze me.

Likewise. Fiddling with knobs is something I enjoy. The tactile experience has a certainty to it. :) However, I do prefer a PFD over steam gauges since I don't become disoriented (lost) as easily. ;)

I love my GA youtubers, but 2 experienced pilots running checks with an aire of fun and not boredom in their voices is just nice. :)
And the Garmin g3000 flight deck is AMAZINGLY FAST and seems very easy to use.I would have to have audio notifications because that auto-throttle would've startled me, I mean without training on it. I still like to know that the plane is doing and audio notifications to setpoints/waypoints/condition changes would just help me run my mental checklist (as I do as a passenger in commerical flights). *I'm the guy that looks up the departures and approaches for my flights :x :).
My home airport is YSJ, it's always a 2wide 20/30 passenger turbo-prop and the approach the pilots like to use is a deep turn and dive over water from cruising and a low-alt flight over 5 miles of trees. It's a fun approach!
I like the community of young pilots who can't wait to get in the air and log miles/hrs. You guys are true "nerds" in the pilot world! Keep safe and happy skies to both of you.

Wow looks amazing. So sharp. So vibrant and best of all zooming in and out of those maps at lightening speed! So beautiful.
I saw a CJ fly over me earlier and thought "I haven't checked in with Max in a minute. Wonder if they got that Garmin upgrade done yet?"
Lo' and behold, here it is! I'm not a pilot, just an aviation fan but I am a computer nerd and an upgrade to SSDs is always huge. The fewer moving parts, the better! Now you have to get an NVME SSD for some real speed!
I love your jet and your adventures, and also the Garmin flight suite is my favorite. Hope your flights are smooth and safe and you continue to share with us your awesome videos.

Owen got a rap by dan gryder and another pilot for his part in the bonanza downed in the ocean the show boating pilot guy whom he flew overhead on that video and young matt guthmiller was advised to give a wideberth to the show off guy
Owen needs to distance from matt guthmiller as matt supposedly is still a bud to the rich show off guy and people are saying that matt guthmiller is ultimately being stupid and showing off doing a beach or soft ground landing for the sake of videos and that his attitude has changed from humility to arrogant show boating.

Those screens are huge! My only private jet ride was in an original CJ around '94-95 when they first came out, owner let me sit in the right seat while he flew because I was the youngest guy there (about 25) and everyone else had been on one before, thought that panel was impressive but this is just amazing. Love your videos they always remind me of that trip!
