    This was helpful.
I’ve been researching yoga and meditation videos this past week because I would like to start practicing again, and I’m curious as to the benefits of breath control exercises.
The videos I have watched so far regarding pranayama have confused me to put it simply.
Regarding this video, I like it. You explain the exercise, and you have offered useful techniques. I learned from attending Buddhist studies that if it is kind, and it is useful then it is good.
This video is good. Thank you.

If you STUDY the ANCIENT roots of yoga, you will learn that controlled breathing (i.e. pranayama) is MORE important than the Hatha yoga asanas (most of which were not even developed until the last 250 years).

i liked that 1x4x2x1...after some time of doing kumbakas, to me it makes sense more than the 1x1x1x1 pattern.
