One achieve the best pranyama if you fallow the yama and niyama In our daily life...it becomes auto prana yama I mean there is internal prana flow in body ...
Guruji Namaskar,I do Bhasrika, Kapalbhati, Agnisar, Anulom-Vilom, Bhramari and Udgeet Pranayama. Where shall I put the Kumbhak Pranayama in order? Please advise.
Dr Varunveer, thank you so much for your posts! I have yet to check your other videos. Here are some things I have been thinking about: I am interested to understand a few things if you have thought about them: 1. If one has a serious pranayama practice, I heard some do it 3-4 times/day, how does one fit eating in, etc...? So far, for me, one morning practice before physical exercise might be good, I never understood this. 2. Why do a lot of the pranayama's have uneven breath cycles? Specifically inhale short, retention/exhale long. Some are even. How does one figure out what to practice? For me, I gravitate towards even in/out/retain between all even, but this could just be my ego! 3. Pranayama requisite is firm asana foundation, how is this "qualified"? Is there a test? (hehe) That's most likely enough for now. Thank you in advance!
