    I HOPE I CAN GET A REPLY... even though it's already 2 months but Pleeaaaassseee guide me... 2 days back, I started doing kapal bhati...it was fine...today i did it ...and my head felt dizzy for like 10 15 seconds (while sitting)...!!! Why? And most importantly should i continue or not!?😢

      Don't move too much. Little moving of stomach is inevitable if you exhale sharply.

      Namaste, Kapalbhati is said to cause a significant increase in blood pressure. Those with high blood pressure must practice Kapalbhati under the supervision of a trained and experienced Yoga teacher.

      Consult a doctor or ayurvedic doctor. Since kapalbhati involves strong and explosive breathes, it might worsen your anxiety. Even tho the video said you don't have to stress your stomach rigorously but still. When i get anxiety attacks, my breathing gets heavy and heart beats faster. So instead of kapalbhati, pranayama of slow breathing works for me. Like anulom vilom or simple 4-7-8 breathing

      Namaste. Yes, both Kapalbhati and Anulom Vilom can be practiced in the Vajrasana however, it's essential to ensure that you're comfortable in this posture and can maintain it for the duration of your practice.
      Always listen to your body and never force yourself into discomfort so its advisable to start with shorter duration and see how you feel.. If you experience any pain or discomfort during the practice, it's essential to stop and consult with a qualified yoga instructor.

    What a hypocrisy - this mama was giving gyan in TRS podcast that Kapalbhati is not Pranayama, it's a hygiene and cleansing process. here also saying almost same. But see the title and thumbnail of video what it says. Same time not even showing how to do and title says step by step tutorial.
