I wish I watched this before I filed petition for K1. Although I checked the USCIS website prior. This video’s more comprehensive though. Can I ask when travel has been banned or restricted for the last 18 months how can we have had the chance to meet in person within the last 2 years?
I've been in a relationship with my other half for almost 2 years, we've known each other for 8. We haven't been able to meet in person due to COVID and travel restrictions.
Leaving or entering Australia at present is close to impossible and travelling to meet a fiance is not an option unless it IS to get married and live together.

If your fiancee had her interview 13 months ago and she still doesn't have a visa something went major wrong you need to get some advice from a lawyer to resolve the matter a.s.a.p if they havnt already closed your case.

Hello ....I am the sole sponsor on my husband's spousal visa application. We are currently waiting on our I-130 approval however I have a question about when it comes time to file the income verification......I have been on Workmans Comp this entire year due to a work injury but I do still exceed the income required by the government to sponsor him on my workmans comp. It is not taxable so I will not receive a W-2 for this year so how to I prove this income when it comes time to submit the I-485?

It's currently at 15 months. This means they are completing applications from 15 months ago.
They are processing about 500 applications per week, while receiving about 800 applications per week.

Isn't there a step that you are missing? I was told that the petition goes to the NVC after the petition is approved and then back to your fiancee country for the final step.

All I can tell you is good luck with a tourist visa. We’ve tried 3 times to get one and these visa offices tell you NO in the first 15 seconds you walk in. It’s all BS

Yeah just being honest almost 8months and not even a word from uscies..
It doesn't matter which state you live in they all get processed at the same place , due to the trump administration pretty much putting a full on stop to k1 visas and now covid-19 most embassy's are closed if not closed there operating at a very very reduced rate ( pretty much a stand still )
