I am getting so frustrated with USCIS. My fiancé and I lost our son in August because they didn’t originally accept my expedite request in July letting them know this was an emergency. It took my son DYING for them to finally approve our expedite request. Our petition got approved October 19th and as of last week they STILL haven’t mailed our approved petition to USCIS. My son is just sitting in a funeral home waiting to be laid to rest and their lack of urgency is causing major distress on my fiancé and me as we just want to move on with our lives! I hate them for what they are doing to us. It makes me cry how terrible these people are. They should be ashamed!

Meanwhile, as we, the law abiding visa filers put our lives on hold and suffer, thousands of illegals stream into this country through our southern border. No forms, no fees, no scrutiny! What a total disgrace!!! 😡

Never ever discourage someone from trying, just ensure they have the highest chance of success meaning “hey, we couldn’t have wrote it any better.” Rather than they got denied as their application wasn’t put together correctly. You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take. Nothing beats a failure.

That was really helpful! Thank you for sharing this information and your video content! I have a follow-up question. Does the US citizen that is applying for the fiancé visa have to reside in the US at the time of submitting the application? And/or does the US citizen applicant need to be living in the US while waiting for the process to be approved? Currently, I (the US citizen) live in the foreign country with my foreign partner. However, we want to move to the US and start the fiancé visa process as soon as possible and ideally while I am still living in the foreign country.

Hello I would really appreciate your answer to my question
In 2019 I applied for a tourist visa and I made a mistake by saying I was married and I was Denied for that because they know I was lying
And that same 2019 two months after i applied gain for the tourist visa and this time I put single on my application and the visa officer said that two months before I said I was married and now I’m saying single and I explained to her that was mistake, I totally explained to her that was mistake because it was an agent that helped me with the application and i really don’t understand how it works, I actually accepted responsibility of my actions and I apologized to the visa officers, and I was denied again
And in 2022 I applied for a student visa two different times and I was denied and all both application it’s single on my application.
I have an American boyfriend that I met online since 2021 and we plan getting engaged in January 2024 and apply for the k1 visa.
My question is the made I made 2019 on my tourist visa by lying by saying I was married when I was not , do you think it will affect my k1 visa application being denied because when filling the k1 visa there are sections that asked if I have been divorced and I choose single will it contradicts what I said in 2019 on my tourist visa that I lied by saying I was married when I was not which I later explained later on my other visa application by saying I was single.
