Hey Funk - I came down with Covid-19 February 7th. By February 13th. I resumed exercising (just a little). I'm building my strength and stamina back up doing your metabolic workouts! By the way, starting Paxlovid 24 hours after I got sick really helped me - I started to feel better 10 hours after the first dose.

Yes I got it Feb 15 and today is Feb 17th and I am BACK!!!!! that's just from staying healthy but yes thanks for the tip
