This is so true. People obsess over NoFap like it’s single-handedly going to change their life, but that’s possible only if it’s the only thing holding you back. If you start nofap but you don’t work out, you don’t meditate, you don’t study, you don’t socialize with people, etc. your life will not see much change. I think nofap is a good start because it will make you more motivated to do those other things, but you have to use that new energy in order to improve yourself or it will be wasted. I would lie and tell you that I'm part of the movement because I still the "bad stuff" occasionally and do the bad deed lol. However, I will tell you this from personal experience: it can be used as a tool to improve your life if you do struggle with addiction. I try to cycle off as much as I can to avoid being hooked on it long-term and I am still working on it. So, if you're skeptical, give it a try? Started watching Hamza around 2022 and started taking ACTION on the things I had learnt in 2023. GCSEs were coming up and I was being a Jeffrey playing video games and it hurt to hear him trashing them. After a few months of meditating and gratitude journaling about it I finally decided to quit video games alhamdulillah so that I can do as well as I can in my GCSEs and make my mum proud (love you mum) Fast forward to late 2023 I get my GCSE results and have achieved 8s (basically A*) in subjects I was FAILING a year earlier. To be honest, I went back to video games during the summer holiday and this time I approached it with a more masculine drive of achieving status (radiant in valorant). Thankfully, a month before the end of summer holidays I quit all video games again and have STAYED away from it after realising how meaningless these things are and how I was wasting my masculine drive. As for the NoFap movement, it is an interesting concept. I would lie and tell you that I'm part of the movement because I still the "bad stuff" occasionally and do the bad deed lol.
However, I will tell you this from personal experience: it can be used as a tool to improve your life if you do struggle with addiction. I try to cycle off as much as I can to avoid being hooked on it long-term and I am still working on it. So, if you're skeptical, give it a try? You can only change your perception through experimentation.

Started watching Hamza around 2022 and started taking ACTION on the things I had learnt in 2023.
GCSEs were coming up and I was being a Jeffrey playing video games and it hurt to hear him trashing them. After a few months of meditating and gratitude journaling about it I finally decided to quit video games alhamdulillah so that I can do as well as I can in my GCSEs and make my mum proud (love you mum)
Fast forward to late 2023 I get my GCSE results and have achieved 8s (basically A*) in subjects I was FAILING a year earlier.
To be honest, I went back to video games during the summer holiday and this time I approached it with a more masculine drive of achieving status (radiant in valorant). Thankfully, a month before the end of summer holidays I quit all video games again and have STAYED away from it after realising how meaningless these things are and how I was wasting my masculine drive.
Currently, I'm on Hamza's Adonis protocol which you can find in Adonis gang (for FREE!) Sitting here with a bare head but feeling more purposeful and happier than ever. I still struggle a bit with no fap which is expected but slowly im making the gaps between each relapse longer and longer.

I first saw you videos being reposted as shorts on Tik Tok back in September to October of 2022. I started actually watching your videos in December of that same year, that marks the point when I got on self improvement. Ever since then I have changed drastically. I am a totally different person now. My family and those that I care about are now so much more proud of me (not or say that they saw me as a lesser person before). You saved me from living a much worse life, and now I’m living a much better more different life. Edit: I forgot to mention health problems with no fap for too long. Had too much testosterone, sweating heavily, pain in testicles and kidney, acne on the back, waking up during night

Bro I feel like it is extremely difficult to completely quit fapping, I am fapping 1-4 times for a month. No idea whether I am on nofap or not, I go to gym 5 times a week so my sex drive is very high especially after legs day. I literally have no idea how the hell some guys can on nofap and do semen retention for longer a month.
I realised you fk up your sexuality when you never fap anymore. I don’t want to fk random women and for me it’s the wrong time for a potential ever lasting partner, so I fap every 8 days (the time the testosterone is improved before going down again) only with my thoughts and think that this is the best way of it all.

You aren't bad if you can hold it for a week, that's enough to unload the semen that is built up so you keep them testicles busy
