I am looking to get these shoes for my gym training. After a 9 month hiatus due to a car accident so Im slowly returning to training. I love Asics and have never owned a pair of nikes but I'm keen to try these. The asics gel nimbus I bought are great for my running but can't use them for the gym. It will give me the motivation to go to the gym.

Are this good for training and also maybe run on the treadmill for a little bit. I want a training shoe but also maybe if I run during my circuit workout this would be suport my feet
