And yes, it's also true that the fattest, most unfit people are usually the ones using them. I never use the treadmill either, I only lift weights and walk the 3Km to and from the gym, there's my cardio.

I am looking to get these shoes for my gym training. After a 9 month hiatus due to a car accident so Im slowly returning to training. I love Asics and have never owned a pair of nikes but I'm keen to try these. The asics gel nimbus I bought are great for my running but can't use them for the gym. It will give me the motivation to go to the gym.

Can I buy women's Metcon 5 shoes even though I'm a man? Does it make a difference? Because on the official website, they don't have my size in the men's section, but they do in the women's section.

Correlation doesn't imply causation. Di porket madaming matabang gumagamit ng threadmill it doesn't mean di nakakatulong sa fitness journey nila. You should be happy they choose the get up, go to the gym and use that machine instead of just staying at home.

I’m upset they discontinued the Metcon Sport. That was the only Nike training shoe besides the first Free Metcons that perfectly fit my wide feet. Even the Free Metcon 5s fit strange, I had to go up a half size because of the width but now the heel slip might be too much. Maybe I’ll look into the Adidas Dropset 2 as I heard they’re good for wide feet. Good review!

Metcon 4 are unisex?

I recently moved and sadly I don't have access to crossfit training only functional training... we do a fair bit of running (3k in one go for warm up) lots of box jumps and burpees squat jumps etc... we do some weight lifting but i suppose its not the main angle of the workouts... my metcon 7 s are totally trashed now and im thinking with this new style of excercise i should get the free metcon! What do you think please?
