High-protein flour 500 grams 0:34,
Yeast 5 grams(add 1-2 more grams if it's cold) 0:39,
White granular sugar 60 grams 0:46,
Milk 250 grams 0:50,
Eggs 2 (about 60 grams each) 0:56,
Butter 50 grams 1:35,
Salt 3 grams 1:54,
Liquid egg (of one egg) 3:44,
Bacon proper amount(about 5 slices) 3:55,
Salad cream proper amount 3:59,
Green onion proper amount 4:06,
• Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat and bottom heat 180 degrees, bake it for about 18-20 mins in middle of oven. Take it out when it's in good color.
• The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees. Fahrenheit degree=celsius degree*1.8 + 32°F。

刚刚中筋面粉其他配料完全一样实操过了。刷蛋液的时候就杵塌了😂烤出来是扁扁的。估计是面筋不够。下次换面包粉再试试
