right now during a week, 3 times muaythai, 3 times, 20x3 situps,pushups,squats. and yoga and 5 times a week jogging. I'll add 20 pullups when i have enough strength to do it and eventually losen atleast 10 more kgs. of fat Hannibal the king for president (Y).

You're really the king of the fitness world ! Thank you for inspiring me ! My friends were impressed about my arms ! They asked me : hey how did you do to have so great results in your upper arms ? Did you go to a gym and lift weights ? I've said : no i did close grip pull ups and close grip chin ups for my bi's and forearms with dips and close grip push ups for my triceps and now they do the same: CALISTHENICS ! Again thank you ! I really feel stronger than ever before !

Gosh, I used to do dips, like 20 reps per one set. But then, I had some problems with my retina, and now I can do only 2 reps:(

Could i d like... 6 sets for pushups, dips, pullups and squats. But do say, 2 diamond pushups, 2 regular pushups and the wide pushups? Then same for pullups and dips. Close, standad, wide? Thanks!

Last night I started at the advanced level for the workouts on p1 & p2 videos. I realized I have to start at the beginner level now bc I did not do as well as I expected. My question is whether I should b doing this daily or how often? Thanks.

Does he only do close grip pull ups and close grip push ups? I heard you need to do more variations to shock the muscle? Or is it not true?
I don't know if you check the you tube I seen you're work out I used to be in tip top shape I'm fighting a addiction how do I get trained by you with that bar hands on one on one I'm not trynna throw the throw the addiction in there to make you feel bad like I'm drowning but it's a matter of thinking I just think if my mind was on that bar I could get thru this drug addiction it's a dark place

however much you feel like you can do man. I've been doin em for 2 years now and one thing i've learned, the only true way to get results is to do more than you think you can actually do..don't worry about a set program/routine, just fuckin do em till you feel like you can't no mo

Oscar Olvera once in a while i was in that position but i shut up and be patient now i can do just 10 but only for the patiente and hard work...real beginners dont last there is no secret formule
There is a differents progressions, and yes you can just shut up and be patient but I'am a personal trainer so I need to see and look how progress more faster.

I'm working out every day, but for a beginner who cannot do 1 dip, he cannot start with sets of 10. DUH

Good way to advance in any exercise, is do you max you can do, then every remaining rep start in the negative position and lower to the start position as slow as you can, over time you will become much stronger, ie jump up on a pull up bar and then lower to the start position, then repeat until your set is complete it’s as simple as I can explain it for you
Just start off with whatever number of dips you can do... don't worry about the rep numbers stated.
If you can barely do 1 dip, substitute bench dips instead (those are easier) until you can move onto regular dips later.
I can do more pull ups than I can do dips why is that? ? Maybe cuz I just started dips and my triceps aren't as big??
