Skinny Guy INSANE Natural Transformation! (SIZE AND STRENGTH)

  • There are a lot of body transformation videos where a skinny guy adds a lot of muscle or gets stronger, but not many where they both happen at the same time. In this quick video, Jesse from ATHLEAN X shows how he not just built a lot of rock hard muscle but was able to significantly increase his strength to numbers not typical of someone at his bodyweight.
Jesse started out over 5 years ago at a bodyweight of just around 125 lbs.
He did not have much appreciable muscle mass at all and his strength was incredibly subpar.
Through a dedicated effort of training consistently 4-5 times per week, following a much more improved meal plan (getting away from his former gummy bear and junk food diet) and the whole time staying natural and not sacrificing his leanness, Jesse was able to complete one of the most insane natural transformations ever captured on video.
Please be sure to leave a comment and give Jesse some love. It means a lot to him.

@@j.l.5966 well, I'm not a new lifter, genius. So, this is muscle memory not newbie gains. I was injured and bedridden. I have been fit my whole life. If you wanna think Jessie is some paragon of fitness...that's your delusion. Good luck with that. lmao! It does not take years to gain 20 lbs of muscle. I can gain three pounds of muscle a month (as can all human beings). So....no...Jessie is the absolute worst. Jeff is pretty nonsensical too. Just look all over the fitness world about how silly these two are. There is not shortage of content. The scientific facts stand. Maximum potential at least 80% of it is reached within 3 years of lifting. The other 20% comes very very very slowly. Thus, this lil Jessie has been doing for 5 years. So...if that is 80% of his potential...then that is extremely sad. Actually, I have seen Jeff's full programs...and they are horrendous. Why? Because he comes from a physical therapist background with sports medicine. These things are not conducive to real training for hypertrophy or strength in general...but rather is limited to athl;etic performance. He shouldn't be making videos or programs to get fit by. He's out of his league. Again...reference all the thousands of fitness enthusiasts, professionals, and champions who laugh at Jeff and Jessie, and all Jeff's clickbaity content. Better yet, smart guy...buy one of his programs. Then you'll see how bad they are and how ridiculous the volume is. For God's sake...it's common sense. Jessie should be looking like Jeff after all these years.....yet.....Gumby it is.

I got back to the gym after a year of a break and see lots of young guys (and girls) working out, which is great to see, but on the other hand I hear those guys talking about juicing like it's something natural 🤦‍♂️ Wish they were following Jesse - he's a true champ 💯 Lots of respect!
And as for the AthleanX - 9-10 years of following the YT channel and Jeff, your videos are something that I was missing for like 20 years of my gym journey - 46 years old, in the gym since I was 16 (with some major breaks) and I got outperformed in 5 years by Jesse 😄 but at least I know how to catch him up a bit thanks to lots of true knowledge against a bro science I used to base my workouts on before I found the AthleanX channel 🙏

I turn 60 this year, was a textbook 90lb pencil-neck weakling as a kid who then became a long-distance runner so I really "set" my skinny physique. But little by little, over years of on again-off again, trial and error strength training I managed to build at least a decent amount of muscle. What I've learned (and it sounds so obvious to say it) is to just stay focused on--and enjoy--one day, one workout, ONE REP at a time. Goals? Sure, absolutely, but I'll only get there by being HERE TODAY, and that attitude has brought me the most gains, the fewest setbacks, and the most freedom from my ego, my insecurities, my comparisons, etc. Wishing everybody success on their terms.

There’s a wealth of uplifting, educational, and valuable content available. Through intentional curation, I taught myself coding and data science, leading to a job in the field, then delved into lawn care, achieving a lush lawn. Now, I’m venturing into woodworking and homesteading for a semi-self-sustainable lifestyle.
My advice: Start a new RUclips account, subscribing only to what truly inspires you. Remove unwanted content from your feed by unsubscribing and clearing your watch history. Keep your current account for casual browsing. This way, you can enhance your online experience with meaningful content while still getting to occasionally “enjoy” smut content from time to time.

Realising in my 30s that a lean physique is still a hard earned transformation. After training for 3 years in my early 20s and aspiring to the social media ‘natural’ huge guys, (one from NZ I used to follow and believed his physique was created using a Keto diet, I’m sure people will know who I’m referring to) and finally giving in after going from a weight of 10and half stones (at 5’11 I was very skinny fat and weak) and going up to 12 stones in 3 years then quitting because I thought I wasn’t good enough and was wasting my time because I didn’t look like the huge guys that swore blind they’re natty. It’s good to see that almost a decade on we have people showing real honest natural hard worked transformations for the youth to look up to. This has inspired me to want to start up again and try get back into the shape I thought was terrible back then. But not at 15 and half stones and dad bod skinny fat I’d kill for the lean 12 stone body I had back then. Keep up the good work and inspire the upcoming kids to do it the right way.
