Understandable but disaappointing to hear that. Been looking forward to that show since last year. Still going to enjoy a couple of nights at the campsite.
Uploads like these are fantastic for checking the approach to a site, puts your mind at ease knowing it wont be a nightmare getting there with a long outfit.
Bob/Jenny, please continue with your reviews of Van's and of your own one, we are all different that is why there us so much choice, you like your van and that is the most important thing. Thank you for your vlogs and enjoy your trip.
Takes me back. I delivered to the pubs all the way up to the white lion at cray v- if you visit said pub see if you can get the ring on the bull. Grassington, you have to visit toffee smiths, provided it still has that name - its on the left as you go up the hill
What do you think about The Travel Trolls driving around Ireland with below Min "black" Oil ?. Adding one Ltr of oil now and then. Because they have a leak.
@@BobEarnshawMoHo Cheers Bob/Jenny. Always watch but dont often comment. Really hope they dont come a cropper in Ireland. You guys are the real. Welcome to Yorkshire.
Just stayed at the site for a couple of nights Bob... all etiquette has disappeared sadly! Groups of caravaners socialising loudly until the early hours.. then mororhome que jumping to empty the grey 😔 Hopefully this isn't the new generation to breach the club site..🤞 on to Hawes and looking forward to having the sides damaged with all the foliage over hang 😔 Fantastic show...
Evening, Bob and Jenny wanted to ask if don't mind at all..have you heard anything regarding Harrogate show...haven't had an answer from Warner etc.....thanks very much Pauline
Thanks Bob..didn't get anywhere with Warner's....just a thumbs down. Will call them go see what happening regarding purchased tickets and get a credit note from Harrogate Caravan Park which they said would do, don't know wether to ask for a full refund though 🤔 x
Ironically motorhome tours thoughtfully planned could be the ultimate isolation . Just cancelled trip abroad, looks like uk campsites going to be busy. Let's see some handwashing/gel on the vids, Keep safe Bob Jenny
I have indeed, but the principle is reduce contact wherever possible and keep calm, what better way than a nice trip in a motorhome. I do fully understand the serious situation we face
None essential travel: No travel abroad, avoid crowds, minimise use of public transport unless essential BUT you can still go out for a walk or drive just keep a distance from other people. I think more people will join the motorhome/caravan community from now on.
Umm, interesting video, noticed you went through 3 sets of lights on orange, 1 might have been red. Please drive carefully, especially towing the car. Have a good trip.
I could only see two set in the whole video, so don't know which 3 sets of traffic lights you're referring to. In Colne by the Mini dealer it was on a green filter.
Hi Bob and Jenny. Excellent videos- please keep them coming! I keep meaning to ask, what is the cuddly toy on the dashboard. It looks like a cute cuddly rat. Hope I haven’t offended anyone saying that!
Bob Earnshaw thanks for the response! We’ve had to cancel our cruise for my 50th birthday and after watching your videos, we’ve booked in to Bunree with our Lunar Stella Stella for 2 weeks in June. I wish Poppy was going to be there with us-what a cutie!
Camp Sites use different colour pegd to show different types of pitches. A white peg is normally a hard standing with awning and blue is hard standing non awning.
Hi thanks for the video enjoyed it very much. I wonder if I could ask you both a few questions? 1) what are the colour coded pegs for? 2) do you ever go abroad with your motorhome? 3) does Bob do all the driving or do you share ? Lastly you mentioned the road tax price in a recent video. Was it over £2,500? And is that for all vans new or old, engine size etc. Regards Luke
Thanks for the questions. Tax for new Motorhomes under 3500kg is currently £265, over 3500kg it is £165 per year. Between Sept 2019 and March 12th 2020 it was £2645 in the first year and £465 subsequent years, this was changed in the last budget. The colour coded pegs denote the type of pitch on Caravan and Motorhome Club Sites, on this site, White is standard with Awning, Blue is standard without awning, red is normally fully serviced pitches. Yes we've been to Europe several times with our Motorhome. I do all the driving. I have made over 650 videos on motorhomes for you to watch now. 😁👍👍
Thanks so much Bob really appreciate your reply/information. We are looking to get a van but have no experience. Anyway thanks again for the reply. Regards Luke
Can I just mention door handles !!. I think you you know what I am getting at Bob/Jenny. I think they are a major way of spreading. Use a tissue and keep rolling. I can see guys like you telling us the real news in the non too distant future.
Think I've watched too many Carry On films. When you pulled back the shower curtain I expected a naked man saying " Oi, close that curtain" lol. (Sorry my isolation is getting to me).
Gosh that looked way to tight so annoying when people don't leave on time, when we went to Cornwall haven we was chatting to people at arrival we was lucky our pitch was ready but they had to wait as people leaving were running late its pure selfishness.
Just heard that Yorkshire Motorhome and Accessory Show has been cancelled - in light of the government announcement this evening.
Understandable but disaappointing to hear that. Been looking forward to that show since last year. Still going to enjoy a couple of nights at the campsite.
Thanks for getting me out and about Bob! I am over the age advised to stay at home for the next 12 weeks! Keep Safe the both of you!
Uploads like these are fantastic for checking the approach to a site, puts your mind at ease knowing it wont be a nightmare getting there with a long outfit.
Enjoyed that, good drive, picture in picture and freeze frames on road signs excellent. Looks like a good site. Stay safe.
Thanks, I'm trying a slightly different freeze frame, pan and zooming it as before, but leaving the track underneath running.

looks a very nice site and better to be self isolating there than back home , stay safe
Hi both, a lovely site, nice wander around as usual. Best place to be self isolating. Enjoy , Keep safe xx
I was on the same site at the same time. You walked past my caravan when you were going to check out the toilet block. Enjoy your trip.
Thanks, we did, leaving today.
Reminds me of my Wharfedale Linton speakers back in the day awesome they were wish i still had them all the best you guys love the videos
Yes that was the name, Wharfedale Linton. Brilliant speakers!
Takes me back. I delivered to the pubs all the way up to the white lion at cray v- if you visit said pub see if you can get the ring on the bull. Grassington, you have to visit toffee smiths, provided it still has that name - its on the left as you go up the hill
Thanks for your video Bob and Jenny, we will be off to this site soon, but I think Bolton Abbey is first, 👍.
Nice to see Wharfedale site again. It's a lovely walk down to Grassington from the gate at the bottom of the site.
Thanks, we love Grassington.
Thank you for that we are thinking self isolation on a club site sounds good
Great to see you both getting out, specially with things the way they are at the moment. Can't wait for the better weather. 😀
Looks a nice site, another one on the list. 🙂Mark
Thanks.
Have a lovely time & poppy x
We were planning on going to Morvich CAMC Site end of this month. Not sure now 👍🏻😎🐶😺
That's the trouble, it throughs everything into doubt. Maybe things will be clearer in a couple of weeks?
Big intake of breath following the car pulling out in front of you told us all we needed to know without any expletives 😱😂
Yes, it does no good shouting and swearing.
You certainly get around bob.
We've held off going this time due to situation Jo's working exstended hours at hospital.
We are flat out in our hospital too, remember its a marathon not a Sprint , take care and time not to burn out. Good luck
Our thoughts are with all health workers at this dfficult time.
@@richardspeight9520 There's many co-workers off sick where she is unfortunately.
Please stay safe and well guys and Pops too x
Thanks, we will.
What do you think about The Travel Trolls driving around Ireland with below Min "black" Oil ?. Adding one Ltr of oil now and then. Because they have a leak.
I think they have a possible leak at the seal between the engine and steering pump that needs to get fixed.

Welcome to Yorkshire.
14:48 2002 for me (shock) where does the time go
Great to Join you on your adventures, enjoy your break. We are supposed to be off to Cornwall Friday fingers crossed.
👍👍👍😂
We'd love to get back to Cornwall again.

Lot of new people have joined and need to learn the etiquette!
It’s all very well saying about Government advice but you were away before yesterday. Be like us and stay safe
Where do you get your mudflaps from? Been looking for them for my car for two years now. Peter
I went to a Fiat Professional Dealer, at Walton Summit.
Bob Earnshaw , Thanks for the info. Peter
How far away is the village of Grassington from the site?
It's 2.9 miles or a 49 min walk according to Google Maps. Some people walk there from the site.

Are you still allowed to use site facilities at the moment or do they recommend that you use your own?
The facilities are still open, there are signs telling you how to wash your hands properly.
Stay safe bob Jenny poppy stay away from those nasty virus 🦠

Have you seen the news? Non essential travel!!!
I have indeed, but the principle is reduce contact wherever possible and keep calm, what better way than a nice trip in a motorhome. I do fully understand the serious situation we face
I've packed motorhome earlier to go tomorrow but staying home now means less contact!
None essential travel: No travel abroad, avoid crowds, minimise use of public transport unless essential BUT you can still go out for a walk or drive just keep a distance from other people. I think more people will join the motorhome/caravan community from now on.

Lol that's our Rat Mascot. Doesn't feature that much in the videos! Our friend from Belgium who was having trouble with rats brought it over for us.

Just thinking EXACTLY the same thing so glad you spotted that too! I hope that site has shut down it's shower/toilet block too.
Maybe you should watch the news bob.you would have been driving i assuming. Watch you dont get stuck somewhere. Go safe the 3 of you.👍
If you get stuck in Yorkshire you might witness an outbreak of Altruism ? Looking past the Toilet Roll Bandits.
There certainly didn't seem to be the same level of panic at the Supermarket in Skipton as elsewhere.
Why on earth did the motorhome in front not back up to let the caravan out. Heavens sake.
£24.90 a night? Blimey mate.....good old UK prices!! Venture to Poland and pay as little as £5 - £8 including EHU, free wifi, showers, water etc.
Don't think we''l be going to Poland for a while! 😀👍
Think I've watched too many Carry On films. When you pulled back the shower curtain I expected a naked man saying " Oi, close that curtain" lol. (Sorry my isolation is getting to me).
Can I have an omelette ?
With cheese?
Gosh that looked way to tight so annoying when people don't leave on time, when we went to Cornwall haven we was chatting to people at arrival we was lucky our pitch was ready but they had to wait as people leaving were running late its pure selfishness.
It was and people can get very upset.
Boris said limit socialising....keep away from people if you have to go out....
We are doing.
