5:19 mark: I highly encourage you to buy a SodaStream and make your own carbonated beverages. Skip their little flavoring bottles. You can make soda very naturally without those containers of crap. I have made soda from fresh strawberries, mulberries, etc. You can carbonate just about anything. Why not make it a healthy start? You can even find recipe books for making homemade sodas. It's about going back to the old days when chemicals didn't play a part in our diet. You know, like the old soda shops. It's even better now when you can control how much sugar goes into your beverage. 👍

There is an aop called YUKA. You can scan the food and it scires up to 100. Poor, good, excellent by how much chemicals and junk in the food. Its helped me alot to eat cleaner. Congrats on weight loss
I actually mentioned that app in the week 1 video, or maybe it was in the intro video. I use that app all the time and am in the middle of doing a video about it!
