    Life happens and we all have to deal with things in our own way. I think what you're doing sounds awesome to me. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us.

    I see my local doctor 1x per year for blood check and he issues 5 RX 90 days with 3 refills for 1 year. I think the big problem with RV living is if the RV had to be in the shop for an extended time and you could not live in it and you had no home to go to. The other is if one of you had to be in a hospital for an extended time.

      That's what we were talking about ... some people have to go back to their home town once a year .... sounds like your doctor has made it easy for you.

    We definitely want to keep moving and I get what you mean by getting stuck somewhere. Thankfully I have a good public safety pension. I think it will be enough, plus savings. I’ll work if I have too, time will tell. 👍🏼

    First to comment! Enjoy watching your journey. I thought about this as a travel RN but with my pup it’s not fair to her.

      You just need to make sure you have a realistic budget ... it's an important part of the journey ... we didn't do that but found work camping and have never been happier!

    When working do you ever 2 or 3 days off togeather at one time?

    • @SHARINGJOURNEY
      @SHARINGJOURNEY  Месяц назад

      Yes .... every week we get 2 days off together. That is the norm. In work camping the campgrounds always try to have a couple off the same days. The only difference here is that our hours are a little different.

    So is the rent paid for wherever you hookup at?

    • @SHARINGJOURNEY
      @SHARINGJOURNEY  Месяц назад

      When work camping it depends on the park. At the park we are at currently we pay $200 a month for a space at this resort. Lots of parks the site is free or you work 2 to 5 hours a week for your site and then are paid for all other hours. Hope this helps.
