- After the death of my son I started stress eating and gaining weight. Joining me on my Journey to health living, dieting, and healing.
Week one is a success! It started out very poorly and ended with 1.9 lbs lost!
Starting weight: 219.5
Current Weight: 217.6 Total Loss 1.9 lbs.
Average weekly Loss: 1.9 lbs.

Baby steps Alec, baby steps. My journey started at the beginning of the year after a rude awakening but let me tell you you’re investing in yourself and the long term benefits will be huge. 50lbs loss so far with more to come. Safe travels 🤙🏽

00:28 mark: Lol. I had to give you a hard time when I heard that. 😋
I can't resist good Tex-Mex food, but I do have a limit to how much my belly can hold at one time. I always have leftovers. You can shrink your stomach by eating less and less each time. Then when you try to eat too much, you simply can't do it. Have you done intermittent fasting? It really does work when you combine it with healthy eating.
I'm so glad you aren't drinking soda or that crystal light stuff anymore. That's a huge step forward! 👍

Very interesting video. I'm so happy that you were aware of what you were eating. I have not weighed myself since 7/6, at that time, i had lost 2.5. One of my goals was to not eat after 6:00. So far so good. Keep it up, you'll be there before you know it. GODSPEED

I saw a meme the other day and made me think, when you eat chips and salsa, each chip is 1/4 of a tortilla…yes I eat at least 20 tortillas before my meal 😂
