It's a joy to watch him work, smart, smooth, clean I haven't seen anyone else take the patience and time to attend to the little things like this man does, outstanding!
Those gouges in the armature stack (you can see clearly around 10:55) are done after everything else to balance the motor. To completely rewind the motor and not re-balance it is a mistake. You see at 12:20 he is balancing the motor by adding a bit of hard epoxy to one side.
thank you for making things that actually work. And not making those fake free energy devices using a light bulb and paperclip and car alternator that makes 1.1 Jigawatts of free power.
it will take some time to overtroll the internal combustions engine.... yet i see more and more videos like that one makes me happy.... yet is for cuting trees.. which is bad :D... overall great video thanks!
I want to make this plug-in chainsaw portable: WORX WG303.1 120VAC 14.5 Amp 16" Chainsaw. Can you suggest an off-the-shelf DC motor that could equal or better its current performance?
For the next Project about modded Can you rebuild the Chop Saw with double brushless motor with the same methol that you had done with brushless Planer run at 36v i hope to see
При понижении напряжения возрастают токи а коллектор и щетки остались старые , балансировка на глаз тоже ресурса не добавляет , такой инструмент долго не поработает .
I was running this saw for about 2 hours at about a 30-50% duty cycle ruclips.net/user/postUgkxfQm1wmg0ItKDLavxj1nXtQY9HP7EF504 and it did a great job. I used the lever for the built in sharpener to clear chip buildup out more than to actually sharpen the chain. It managed to cut some hardwood stumps much larger than it's size without bothering the neighbors with hours of 2 stroke noise.
@@gear_show Usually when an electric motor stops working it is something small like the brushes are stuck or a wire came loose. That one was really destroyed when you started. I was not saying that you missed something. You did a great job as always. I look forward to your next project.

Благодарю вас! Я так рад это слышать.
мартышкиного труда. аккумуляторы перегреваются моментально в таком режиме работы
@@Artvinch если аккумы высокотоковые то есть с низким сопротивлением то нормально

well done there are big tools that need 36 or 40 volts to work properly.
Yes, the next project will be 40 volts

cool conversion, but im pretty sure that 18v makita chainsaw would get trough wood on end faster... so not worth it.
Wow....like a new chain saw,my friend.....🤔🤔🤩🤩
Yes, thanks
Amazing! Please make eletric to battery grass cutter conversion
Okay, I will find and do it.
Gratidão pelo vídeo 📹 GearShow! Ficou muito 👍

How do you determine how many Stacks, Communicator Bars, and gauge of wire is needed?
супер👍👍👍👍смотрю и учусь👍👍👍👍
Thank you!
Nice, you did it.. thank you 👍
You're welcome, thank you!
Awesome bro

Magnífico que gran trabajo genial
¡Muchas gracias!
Chainsaw - super!!! He did everything perfectly. But a smaller chain (smaller size) is needed. And, yes, you don’t know how to work with a saw.
Thanks for the info!
Wow awesome
Thank you!
Good ii boss 👍👍😊😊😊👍😍😍
Thank you!
This time he at least covered the slits with wooden pieces and didn‘t leavr them open like the last time!
Impact wrench restoration please 😊
I will do it after I found it. Now I don't have it.
What do you do with all these tools? Do you keep them for your own use, or do you sell them?

This is a great idea, thank you! I will think about it.
Всё-таки, бензиновая цепная пила побыстрее. На электрической стоило больше оборотов в минуту сделать.
Request sir...how to convert hot gun electric to cordless 20v..
Nice
How do you know where to start the windings?
Can you convert a oster blender to cordless using a brushless dc motor.
I like it bro
I'm glad you like it. thank you!
Ok nice 👌🇮🇩🇮🇩🇮🇩

Okay, thank you!
what was the fix for the oil pump?
can you done this with a Jack Hammer?
I think it could be done with a jack hammer too.
☺️👍
:D
I like it
Thank you!
An electrical chainsaw is better than the petrol one. It is not needed to start the engine every time you would like to cut off some stuff

That was the worst failure damage I've seen on one of your projects. Missing commutator bars is pretty bad.
Which part are missing?
@@gear_show The commutator was missing bars when you started, but you fixed it. You put a new commutator.
