  • This is the second time I modified this chainsaw. There are some issues with my previous modification. Points that have been improved as following:
    - Motor: before brush motor structure isn't well, now brushless motor.
    - Battery: before carrying the battery in the back, now the battery is attached to the chainsaw.
    * I will post items used in this project in community tap.

    the way you do things is very good that no one else will bother to do including a full rewind to a motor to make it stronger keep it up man i like your work

    You should add a stabilizing leg under the battery to keep the chainsaw up

    Обычно у тебя хорошо всё получается, но в этот раз не очень. 1. Маленькая скорость цепи получилась. 2. Нужно было шестерню хорошо выставить в патроне токарного станка, и только тогда сверлить, в таких случаях нужен индикатор чтобы выставлять без биения. А теперь эта шестерня имеет биение, и она разрушит место под подшипник, сам подшипник, и шестерню съест.

    How do you calculate the rewind turns? what if I want to increase the torque and a little bit of rotation speed how many turns should I need?

    Brackets that hold motor in place looks flimsy, motor can rotate (catastrophically for internals) if chain jerks on something, I'd personally made some sort of filler between motor and body for snug fit. Also, chainsaw not very lefty-friendly with current battery positioning.

      you are right sir, i to always use bracket to hold the motor, i'm usualy just use some PVC pipe and mold it with heat

    18V battery to a 54V motor, I wonder if the voltage is not TO LOW for the motor to have peek power.

      @@dragogranic8171 NO dude, the controller doesn't rise the voltage it does worse, it lowers it from the supplied voltage and helps time 3 coils to alternate the polarity so the rotor can move and not stall/get stuck due to bad timing, who told you bldc controller rises the voltage has no clue how one works.

    though I had some problem with sea water It also ruclips.net/user/postUgkxa-FNYUOM93a388gi9a4brtSCEVmrHgJH land for finding any things very easily. (thought it would work as normal due to it being water proof within certain parts of the detector), on dry land and sand worked well. My first one, so still have lots to learn
