- I found this tool from Japan recycle shop. It is 100V power tool made in Japan. I bought it because I'm curious about this tool. Honestly, I don't know this tool is use for, It looks like mini grinder. It comes with diamond blade. I hope I test it in the right way at the end of this video. If you know, please share me in the comment.
I didn't restore this tool as its original, but I upgrade it to use with battery instead of wire. I modified AC motor to DC motor by rewind new coil.
Rewinding Information
- Copper wire 0.6mm
- 1 coil contains 32 turns
Original Tool
- Voltage AC 100V
- Power 30W
New Tool
- Voltage DC 18V
- Power 45W
I hope you find this video useful and enjoy it!
Furthermore, I am happy to receive feedback, suggestions to improve myself.
!!! I'm sorry for the mistake if I did in this video !!!
Thank you very much for choosing to watch my video!
Have a nice day

I love your cordless conversation bro ..now can u convert a corded machine like 5kg breaker or other heavy machine to cordless... love from India bro❤
use truck battery😌

6:34 considering how many of these motors you've unwound/rewound.... i genuinely think it's worth your time to make a bobbin threader. Basically something that accepts any size of motor core, keeps it stable and gives you the ability to rotate it to specific positions, and on a given axis, using a jig, wind or unwind the enameled wire on or off the core.

What a great restoration 👍👍
Great restoration and conversion...This biggest msster always delivers new video with impressive skills🙏🙏🇷🇴🇷🇴😎😎
Congratulations Very nice!.Top job. Very good recovery. The project conditions are very interesting. You did a great job!! It's great to revive that old machine. everything is still great as usual.. 👋👍🎉 👏 😊 😊 😊
Great restoration, but be carefully with the glass powder, it produces headache and breath problems.
This was very clever…thank you
Great job.
Looks like it really works, for a mini tool.....
Awesome as always ❤❤❤
Amazing work
Jolie travail toujours 💪
The machine make me happy 😍😅😁
Great work sir
Engineers had a field day with this tool
Neat little conversion.
I wish you make a video of your shop and tools.Nice job
Great job, thank you brother. You are so talented
thank you teacher❤❤❤
Great job, thank you brother. You are so talented
Hi, be carefull dude. You increased rpm's. But what was the speed limit for abrasive disk 125 mm? Usually it's should be not more then 12000. Otherwise your disk can exploise. It's really danger. Stay save. And like for video.
I love your videos.
Hello mister good job beautifully done
What a cute little tool 😁😁😁. 😎
Good job
belo trabalho parabens
What an awesome little tool! I assume it's reasonably easy to find wheels for it?
Made it better then new
Love you sir ❤
I like yoUr woRk ❤
im assuming it would be for cutting tiles or cutting holes in plaster board or mdf since the front of it where the bade comes out is flat likes its meant to be press up against something
could you give us a tour of your work room? I''m really interested in your organization area for bits and screw handles...etc
That is the most complex motor I’ve ever seen 😂
P/S : everything is great as usual..it just that I’m curious how long would that plastic gear last with that additional huge rpm 😂😂😂
Plastic gear? That white plastic thing is a fan for the motor. The pinion gear is metal.
@@WCKD. that what I confuse about..that black gear look and sound so plasticy with scuff on it 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@LeeMooEez Oh, you ment that black one. 😁 Is it really plastic? To me, it looks like metal also, but surface treated. Hard to say.
Probably it includes the bridge rectifier, that he cut away when he converted it to DC
Wow
Can you make a AC to DC or DC to AC cordless tool attachment with a chord. So you can use your cordless tools with a corded battery attachment???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
if you can find the 3inch mini corded angle grinder from old Japanshop you will surprise with it
Won't the new windings reduce the torque but increase speed compared to the original?
👍
Why are you scraping the plating of the copperwire where the whinding is shifting row?
“It’s perfect”
Thank you!
Great, but you should make partition of your video.
Hello bro, please make cordless drill from corded drill with using DC motor
Very nice work G.S....Are you in the mood to build me the world's most powerful flashlight? I bought one on the internet and it was not what they advertised...
👍💯
Is there any possible chance to get a rc drill machine from you sir?.....
is this the tool you then sell?
also that blade is for cutting stone not metal!
you should have went brushless
NEVER sand glass dry, because the dust does not leave the lungs!!!!
First people watch in 360p
I'm watching in 2160p 🤤😍
I think you should try to electroplate old rusted/oxidized parts like screws, etc for better endurance and look.
The extra work, chemicals, and time, will not make any of these tools, work better.
👍😎🍺🍩🗜️🛠️
Chiche
i thought it was big 😶
I would of just slapped a cord on it because I don't like cordless
I hope you've been wearing eye protection and respirator... That glass dust would be a nightmare for eyes, lungs and even skin.
Yes thank you very much 🙏🙏🙏
Please think about your health.
making this to a glass, is breathing that glass later.
do not work like that.
thank you very much for the video.
It's time to move on to 3D printing. The adapters from the strip look archaic and boring.
made out of plastic?really?
lolwut
Maybe you could help hom with that!
“Progress” and “improvement” are often two completely different things.
@@victimovtalent6036 what do you think the chassis is made of?
