- I found a completely broken bench grinder at a used tool store. It had been left outside for a long time, completely rusted, with the motor shaft seized and some parts broken. From the label on the machine, I was able to find the specifications, origin, and manufacturer. I restored it completely, let's watch together!

Dude... Ever heard of penetrating oil and torch?
What do you mean?😅
Dude sure Hulked out on -those cover guard- *all of the* screws. I'm surprised more didn't break.
@@hbrestorationOil Durex 🤣
@@scottcates it cannot be broken in one go, mostly it is to block small iron filings

Really, I don't understand what he said
At the beginning I was thinking " no way he gets this running again". Amazing job
When I restored it, I thought it wouldn't work anymore😅
見事な修理技術で、外装部やグリップが生き返りましたね!
モーターの中心部の調整がいらないのは、さすがは日本製!
Japanese products are of very good quality
Good job, man.
🥰🥰🥰 many thank
It is really art that you are professional
thank you ❤️❤️❤️ hace a nice day
Great restoration, you don't see many portable grinders these days. Wouldn't mind having that one myself :)
thank you ^^ have a nice day
Nice job and all that. I don't think I've ever seen a motor that splits along the axis parallel to the shaft. It seems like a pretty good design.
thank you ^^
I think this design is quite good for small machines
Holymoly smashes all the screws. use oil!
I use wd 40
Amazing job, that’s a true restoration. Your channel is going to take off 😊
many thank ^^

thank you 🥰🥰🥰
THANKIOUPR❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤️❤️❤️ many thank🥰🥰🥰 have a nice day
You overtightened the acrylic cover mounts. You can see the crazing on the hinge mount. That's rough. Otherwise, I enjoyed your restoration.
Many thank ^^
Kojarzysz taki smar WD-40 ?
Pomaga luzować zapieczone śruby.
In the video I used wd-40 but it didn't work. Steel screws screwed into aluminum surfaces are very difficult to open when rusted
Why no WD-40 on the screws and bolts? No wonder they break.👎
Did you watch the whole video? I used wd 40
Incredible work, great video 😊
🥰🥰🥰 many thank
nice work :3
BTW the other commenters are talking about penetrating oil and a torch mean to apply penetrating oil ( a very thin oil which can go into the small space between the screw and body ) and a blowtorch on the screw, the blowtorch will heat the metal and cause it to expand, allowing the screw to break some of rust and come loose, as well as annealing the metal so it isn't as brittle, preventing catastrocatastrophic shearing, I.e. breaking of the screw
many thank 🥰
Красавчики пацани, гарно зробили❤❤❤

next old cordless grinder
I haven't found a wireless device yet. Can I convert from a wired device to a wireless one?

A real restoration
thank you ❤️❤️❤️
What's wrong with penetrating oil and heat?
I tried using heat and oil but it didn't work. Or maybe I have to soak it in oil for a long time
How did you re-create the sticker?
I found information from old labels then redrawn it with software and printed it
❤
many thank ❤️❤️❤️
Can you please provide the name of the tool you used to remove the screws and a link to it, if possible

When those two screws broke, I thought about giving up. I've never restored anything with so many broken screws.
