      @YayForYarn  3 года назад +3

      Hi Cathy. I do not yet have a version of this video for lefties, but there is a way to flip the video so it will appear left handed. If you set your device up in front of a mirror so the screen faces the mirror, then you can watch the video in the mirror and it will be reversed. I hope this helps!

    You made it look simple in fact.

    I cannot thank you enough for your wonderful tutorial!!! I've watched many videos on how to get a straight seam when using dc in the round, and none of them ever seem to work for me. I can still always see a slanting seam going up my project...but no more! I am currently making a cowl, and used the chainless starting dc and your method for joining. Not only is the seem straight, it's pretty much invisible. I won't dread working in the round anymore because of you. Thanks!!!! 🤣👍💕

I've been crocheting for 18 years and making projects in the round is what I do most.... 😅 this part of crocheting, how to join and make it look nice, was the only thing that I felt like I was doing wrong the whole time, but wasn't sure how to word it in order to Google it, as I'm mostly self taught. So thankful I found your video, this is a game changer! I feel so much more confident moving forward now, lol.

    I have been crocheting for 65 years and was always trying to learn new stitches, tricks and techniques. This a new one for me also. My biggest problem at 70 is I am in cognitive decline ( starting dementia) and now my abilities are going backwards. It is sad to know I am losing all those years of getting more advanced and better at something I have a real passion for. I watch a lot of crochet videos to try and learn new things and a lot of the time anymore try to remember how to do things that were second nature before. I really like your instruction because you teach as if to a little one just starting out. It is something I need now...the patience and basic step by step instructions. I'm glad I found you because it will help me to keep crocheting for as long as possible. My grandma who started teaching me when I was five had also started young, crocheted almost every day like I do and made the most beautiful crochet thread with small steel hook starched stand up doillles. At about my age she stopped crocheting which I didn't understand. Now I know she was going into dementia and lost her ability as I am now. I wish I had known and could have helped her like I am getting with these videos. Thank you so much for your videos. 🥰

    I started an amigurumi project and wasn’t happy with the travelling seam. I frogged quite a bit and starting looking for tutorials on the seamless join. After many attempts trying out different versions, I came to yours, and, boom! It worked out perfectly! Thanks a million for sharing this technique. Your tutorials are really awesome. (Subscribed already)!🙏💐❤️
