It's still visible for me. I've been trying to fine a join that isn't visible. But none of them have worked. (BTW I was using double crochet) Although the single crochet stack was very helpful. The seam is still very visible for me.
Thank you! I absolutely love the look of the round this way. I learned to crochet from your channel and membership two years ago. You have a gift for instruction and design.
This is the best tutorial video I've come across so far for this technique. Thank you so much for explaining each different type of stitch type so thoroughly!
I use the stacked single in lieu of a double when I'm meant to do a turning chain that counts as a DC. It's ever so slightly "chunkier" but it keeps the edges tidier/straight & stops any gaps from a turning chain :)
Ugh, where was this when I was making all my shopping bags in non-continuous rounds?! Seriously, thank you....from the bottom of my perfectionist heart!
Thank you. I'm a fairly new crocheter and I am making a dog sweater. The pattern uses a slip stitch to join rounds and it leaves a "seam". That just drives me crazy. I see that on a lot of items I have made and I know that it can be done without that seam. I found this post on IG and am so grateful. Now my work will look so much better.

Works great! Especially for color changes as well. Just make sure to work the same throughout the project. 🙂❤
