Cool, we used to use buttermilk with our game meat back in South Africa in my childhood. I've forgotten about it really. I will try it with some of the goat I got with the bow recently.
Next one can you do wild pork. I haven't shot a pig yet but have been at two minds if I should. I'm concerned about parasites esp. Tapeworm. Seems the guys in Aussie don't really eat them. Keen to hear your thoughts and what to look for if I do get one with the bow some time.

Oooh epic!!! Oh yea nice great idea there's so many topics/options eh it's awesome I do a food safety friday ask me anything on Instagram lately and that's where this idea stemmed from.
Aus and NZ very different eh mate. Aus much hotter much more nasty diseases in general. Eating wild bore in nz relatively safe there's a thing called "go slow" that looks like it was a fungus and only applied to dogs I might do something on that too haha Appreciate ya watching and the feedback 🙏🙏
