I've been in ED recovery since january and altough i shouldn't work out, i'm doing your workouts every two days and it helped so much with my guilt and accepting my body. I can feel that i am getting stronger and every little movement helpes my accept the fact that I need to be healthy! Thank you so much for your videos❤
i’m not an expert but in my opinion that’s a great way to start having a healthy relationship w exercise. it’s an essential part of being healthy and happy, as long as you’re exerting yourself only to the level you’re capable of and not overdoing it. good luck on your journey!

@@seba5433 same here I've been bulimic for the past 6 years and for me the best way to deal with food is to not starve yourself with low calories diet food but eating a normal amount of food but with healthy one, and if you want to binge / snacks you can do it but with healthy food and not candys or cookies. There's a lot of good recipes and they r yummy so do it !! PS: balancing is good too so sometimes but not everyday you can eat fast foods but make sure to keep your healthy life style :) hope it's helpful
You know when i try to eat it’s just scary I have this mindset with eating like either i purge or starve , i ate a sandwich that was brown bread and veggies inside it , literally couldn’t handle the idea that ive eaten a whole meal so i purged it and now I’m starving again not knowing what to do with it
@@seba5433 people told me that the best thing to do is talking with a dietetican but if you have the same problems as me wich is "parents" the best thing to do is to intermittent. It's not starving yourself but set a timing like : 9 am breakfast , 1pm lunch etc... You can also put calories but in my opinion it's not necessary. If you r struggling again, you have to understand why you eat that much and how's your relationship with food, is it because you r stressed with something? Or is it a trauma ? Try to search about it if you didn't .
I find happiness in hiking, pilates, nature, my friends and long walks. this workout, just made my body burningly happy and lifted my mood. since i spend a year abroad with no friends, a routine, which includes one of your workouts, every morning, is what keeps me sanse right now. thank you a lot lidia!

It has been instrumental in my recovery journey, allowing me to feel much more confident and comfortable in my own skin. Something that makes me happy is my family,God ,you,modeling,california, and working out I have loey dietz syndrome so I’m constantly in and out of hospitals , on new medications , and just causing a ruckus in everyone’s schedule. With such a crazy life I do love structure and things I can count on like Pilates and your channel Ive been with you since your TikTok days and loved how you never not posted I could always count on a good sweat with you 😂. Also my family when all things feel like they’re going no where they take time to tell me things get better and there’s always a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Starting with pilates has proven to me that working out does not have to be super heavy and still has a bigger impact to my body in comparison to HIIT workouts. I work with 4-5 year olds and I love seeing their faces when they learn how to spell their name. Makes me so proud to know they will go on to be successful kindergarteners. What makes me happy? I think this is actually a very hard question. I myself am a person who is almost always happy. I try to get as much positivity out of life as possible and enjoy every little moment. Even if it's just something very small like lighting a candle, talking to grandma, cycling to school, ... I try to look at life through pink sunglasses full of pink clouds and unicorns. Of course I sometimes have my days when I'm not so happy, but I still try to make something beautiful out of it! I think pilates is a big part of that too, it makes me feel more alive and it makes me feel stronger! You inspired me because of that with your tiktok videos. I don't really mind if I wouldn't win this give-away because for me it's more important that I can still be myself and just be proud of myself that I still have a new challenges to do every day and that I can just work on myself physically and mentally! I have a chronic illness, so it can be very difficult for me to do simple tasks on most days. I will say though, when I workout either at home or the gym, it makes me feel so wonderful and really empowers me. I always feel so happy and proud of myself after a workout!😁

Something that makes me really happy is spending time with my sister! i live 2 hours away from her and everytime i see her i have the time of my life and i feel like coming home! i love her so much! 💛
Your workouts make me happy, because i am not very atheltic, but have tried a bunch of stuff, but pilates (especially yours) are so amazing! I don't have to leave my room to do them! :) Sunny and warm mornings here in the north make me quite happy too after a dark winter .

ive been working out along with your 30 minute beginner video for a few weeks and decided to switch to this one and was surprised how easy it felt to do this compared to when i was first starting out pilates! also i love how i feel so energized and happy after each workout, tysm :))

What makes me happy the most are my students at work. Seeing their faces when I walk in the room or run with them on the playground. I work with 4-5 year olds and I love seeing their faces when they learn how to spell their name. Makes me so proud to know they will go on to be successful kindergarteners. The love I have for my students and the love they have more me is so magically. I am very grateful for them
What makes me the most happiest is when the sun I shining and you can get outside and go on a long walk listen to music and to just feel refreshed xx

I've been doing your workouts lately and I'm fascinated 🥺 you can feel the pain in your muscles but at the same time it's easy to get through the whole workout, even in these long sessions, also I hope this doesn't sound rude or anything, but maybe it will be better if you place the ads at the time the breaks come, because sometimes I'm in the middle of the exercise and the ad interrupts it :( hehe, anyway, thank you so much for your videos
Thank you for this 40 minute workout. I felt calm and happy while doing it. I enjoyed this workout a lot, it's the first time that I don't feel overwhelmed to finish the workout. I hope you can make more videos about upper body.

What makes me happy?
I think this is actually a very hard question.
I myself am a person who is almost always happy. I try to get as much positivity out of life as possible and enjoy every little moment. Even if it's just something very small like lighting a candle, talking to grandma, cycling to school, ... I try to look at life through pink sunglasses full of pink clouds and unicorns. Of course I sometimes have my days when I'm not so happy, but I still try to make something beautiful out of it! I think pilates is a big part of that too, it makes me feel more alive and it makes me feel stronger! You inspired me because of that with your tiktok videos. I don't really mind if I wouldn't win this give-away because for me it's more important that I can still be myself and just be proud of myself that I still have a new challenges to do every day and that I can just work on myself physically and mentally! Thank you Lidia for all the nice support you gave us and for shining every day with a smile on your face! We love uuuu

I have a chronic illness, so it can be very difficult for me to do simple tasks on most days. I will say though, when I workout either at home or the gym, it makes me feel so wonderful and really empowers me. I always feel so happy and proud of myself after a workout!😁
27/09 - I divided the workout in two times 20min between morning and evening (because of time management) but it was soooo good. I loved it !!! Will do it again for sure thank you Lidia
