- Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert that looks and tastes fancy but is truly easy to make! The fresh berry sauce adds a tang that hits every creamy spoonful.

INGREDIENTS FOR PANNA COTTA:
►1 cup whole milk
►1 packet (2½ tsp) unflavored gelatin
►2 cups heavy whipping cream
►½ cup + 1 Tbsp sugar
►pinch of salt
►1 tsp vanilla extract
►1 cup sour cream
INGREDIENTS FOR BERRY SAUCE:
►2 cups berries, divided
►3 Tbsp granulated sugar
►½ Tbsp lemon juice

I Did it without the sour cream. Tasted just like condense milk but jello version. Love it!

Really good and easy. Used disposable parfait cups. Coworkers enjoyed it. My fresh raspberries just didn't look good when I made it. Had to use frozen. Also added gelatin to the raspberries. Thanks.
