    Our favorite is made with buttermilk and topped with a topping of orange zest, honey and strawberries. Definitely giving this one a try.

    I am Obsessed with you Best Banana Bread recipe. Last Spring 2023 I made it 4 times in one month! (I use Chia Seeds instead of Eggs, still delicious!)

    How timely! I just picked up a pot of amarena cherries at Lidl the other week and have been dreaming of a panna cotta to serve them on. You always read our minds.

    What I found helpful for taking food out of ramekins is that you need to put the plate on top of the ramekin and then flip it upside down so that the plate is sitting now and the ramekin is on top. Then you just need to tap it slowly on the top so that you make sure everything is out.

      Yes, you can use agar agar. But you might need to play around with the quantity to find the texture you like.

    Thank you for sharing this panna cotta recipe. It reminds me the puertorrican dessert called tembleque (coconut pudding) which is made with coconut milk. I'll try your panna cotta recipe. 😊

    Try adding sour cream into the heavy cream, it gives it a slight tang and tartness resembling cheesecake, but smooth. Amazing with dark chocolate ganage!

    This dessert looks absolutely delicious! Definitely a favorite around here! Would clear jello work as the gelatin? I can't use beef ingredients dairy recipes due to kosher requirements.

    Hi! Looking forward to making this. Simply elegant! Question; one the title of the recipe it says Greek pan a cotta, but you’re talking more about an Italian one. I cannot find the Greek one. Is there? Maybe the swap for honey instead of sugar makes it Greek? ❤❤❤❤

      Thanks for the catch, that was a typo! It is indeed an Italian panna cotta (I must always have Greek recipes on the brain as well - lol!).

    How many days does it stay fresh in the fridge?

      Panna cotta has a great shelf life in the fridge. Cover each bowl tightly (to prevent drying out) and store in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
