They have reality shows of how women target athletes to marry, get pregnant because they're lazy but have beauty (which is fleeting). So he is on point.
I mean you can't really fault them for doing that to be honest, if a guy is willing to pay for your life, whether you stay together or not, just because you're pretty and he wants to fuck you right now. He does invest but in things that always appreciate. Real estate is usually one of them. 85 owns a few McDonalds franchises. He just doesn't stray from what he knows. He doesn't take unnecessary risk. That's how he treats his relation with women.
