I had one of these situations happen and I didn’t deescalate the situation, I beat the guy up bad and I ended up in jail for a year. Totally not worth it
@tranquil_ace I hope you make it back to a good place soon
@tranquil_acedamn dude how bad was it? Must’ve really smashed the guy to get consequences that bad?
@@Geardrive427-ip8vj Because nothing EVER happens.
Yeah, I think it was Jocko that said he will do anything possible to leave a fight. Best case scenario is I win the fight and end up incarcerated.
mine is always at work. i look small, and i don't go around telling people that i've been doing kickboxing for 20 years. so these "tough" guys who just s moke w eed and play video games think they can kick my a ss because they listen to a certain type of music ;)
Khabib is the scariest fearless fighter but the most humble
He strikes me as a gentleman. I dont find him scary at all
Shutup francis ngannou is the scariest man in ufc and mma history
khabib is a great grappler but oh boy he wouldnt stand a chance against a boxer. Lets be real. And im not trying to downplay khabib.
@@Godofnothingness6 Not really, Ngannou seems like a very likable fellow
@@sisqobmx agree 100 percent
"That was a fun one". Reminded me of Winston Churchill's quote "I like a man who grins when he fights"
Dude is awesome
Love the level of humility
And
Honesty
His ENglish has definitely improved a lot.
Odd that someone would want to fight a guy with permanent cauliflower ear. That's typically a good sign that he's very comfortable taking and giving pain.
People think drunk guys are stupid. They're just self destructive cowards. They want to pick a fight that they think they can win. They'll never pick a fight with a Khabib because they smell danger.
Khabib is a class act.
Imagine those 2 dudes who can say: "We got beaten Khabib Nurmagomedov and survived..."
Tbh Khabibs style is kinda perfect for NOT killing people. Conplete control and grinding down your energy (and lets be real, most people on the street dont have the cardio to last 5 minutes in that situation, let alone 25).Id imagine if you tried to rush him,the next thing you'd experience would be a splash of water on your face with khabib standing over you saying "brother i told you was not good idea to play games at me" (hed probably even wait for the a,bulance with you)
The lesson to learn is be a good guy, swallow your pride make friends not enemies.
The moral of the story is: don't be so eager to fight strangers.
That Cowboy fight on the beach story was my first JRE. I watched every episode from that one until he went to Spotify.
Wow that's impressive. Does that mean you've seen all the MMA eps too?
@@warriorphilosophyedits I listened to every minute of every jre podcast, from 2016 until Nov 2020, except for 2 debates, one was about weed and the other was meat vs no meat diets. I quickly figure out which guy doesn't know what he's talking about and bail on it. But, once he sold out to Spotify, that took away what I liked most about it, the fact that Joe built and controlled it all. Also, I don't let a corporation sell me. If one buys something I'm a part of, I leave. I have watched 3 since he was back on YT but I'll never listen like I used to.
@@AustralianOpalRockshow did he sell out to Spotify? He still has his opinions that aren’t mainstream and are considered “conspiracy theories”.
The Urlacher one is classic
I'm a pretty well trained kickboxer and BJJ blue belt. Have had a couple times where something like this has happened...I definitely deescalated and reflected later that the wannabe tough guy had ZERO idea how close he came to getting his ass beat.

Duuude! I’m a hobbyist BJJ/MMA guy (wizard to the public/child in the gym) and I never have to use it because I just disarm people with my words it’s the best 😂 I guess being a big dude helps but I’d act the same way regardless of my size.
@@docneato Exactly. De-escalation is always key. Only happened to me a few times (I am in my 50s), but knowing what we know, there is confidence--and stoicism in letting it go. So many guys think they can fight and have no idea what it is really like to get taken down, and be helpless.
@@rdeloges7957 yessir being treated like an infant by someone half your size is an incredibly humbling feeling that a lot more men need to be familiar with.
I'm probably nowhere near your skill level but I did have wrestling and Jujitsu when some people messed with me and I talked them out of it. Same thing.
"Allegedly" in stereo! 😂🤣
Bas Rutten has a million fight stories, and he never provoked any of them. Given how easy it is to avoid fights if you're a sensible adult, that's statistically impossible.
Bas definitely seems to be a bullshitter and self promoter.
I might agree with you there. Old bas loves a fight. Just watch his matches. He has plenty of demons from his childhood bullying experiences i bet from what he reyells. Plus he even says he goes "crazy " enjoying himself at night clubs. So maybe he used to attract trouble.
I once heard someone say "Bas always sounds like he's trying to talk his way out of something" and there's a lot of truth to that
Bas was a bouncer at a bar and a club for years. It’s pretty reasonable that a bouncer has stories about angry drunks who are upset with him.
At least 95 percent of all fights can be completely avoided by just not hanging out in bars.
The ears alone would make you rethink any thoughts of fighting him.
I f*****g love fighters. I've personally had more street fights than the average but it wasn't until I started training and learning Muay Thai years ago that I fully realized that there are levels to this fighting shit and knowing the difference could save your life. I have nothing but respect for these warriors, especially for my brother, Khabib-THE GREAT!
Tough guy huh?
Hahaha bas Rutten, legend 🇳🇱👊🏼
Agreed. Not as many UFC fans know him these days
The Bas Rutten story where he fought several bouncers in Sweden is epic. He even did jail time for it.
@@warriorphilosophyedits and randleman rip

I was in a club where a drunk guy tried to pick a fight with Andrei Arlovski, who was the UFC heavyweight champion at the time. MMA wasn’t super popular at that time yet but this is a big huge 6’5 guy lol. I can only imagine a smaller non intimidating looking fighter having to go through that.
man stories are aweseome. get some.
I feel like the guy who attacked Cerrone was Nate Diaz
Lolol
Diaz whooped the dog shit outta Cerrone
As a Latino. It definitely felt that it was a Latino being described lmao
Jacob B standing on business in jail..👏🏾👏🏾
Behney's story has a few more fights as well. He even took on like three at a time or something. Crazy stuff.
2:56 “Allegedly” 😂😂😂 also what idiot fights Khabib
Pat Militech has never been the most imposing looking guy but he’s a monster. He genuinely seemed to enjoy that fight. Bass looks like a bald Henry Rollins and is way too happy to fight. Those older fighters are super tough. Pat was probably fighting back when there were one night tournaments.
"clean him up"..... "Now he's leaking"..... Sounds like a very hygenic individual 😊
Thanks for the laugh
Lmfao "I finish him too"
the Bas Rutten story was hilarious :)
if I have to pick the wrong guy, I'd rather take on a trained fighter:
-one, it will be lightning fast
-two, he'll know when to stop.
i would respect anyone with cauliflower ear.
«..it was a good one. It was a fun one». Awesome! 🤓
4:51 - "I finish him too!" cracked me up for some reason!
light work for khabib
Awesome video. Thanks for the context too.
My neighbor is a fighter in The One Championship promotion. He's Burmese. Most chill guy you could ever meet. But you look at him and realize if he wanted to, he would cause a lot of damage if he needs to.
Kids remember to always pay your taxes
Lol 😂
Khabib doesn't pay taxes.. taxes are paying him..
I wish people didnt.
He is a real badass!
Seeing Cauliflower ear + and hearing russian accent should be more than enough to not mess with this guy.
Thanks for the video, Warrior Philosophy

“We fighting” “Now he’s leakin” 🙄

i've met Bas Rutten, there's no way you can pick up a fight with him. he's the kindest and funniest guy you can imagine.
I'm American, I have a son who grew into a large man; 6'4", 260lbs, by the time he was 16 years old. I never worried about him getting hurt in a fight...however I did raise him to be very WARY of an angry Russian. The Russians I've come to know were always great, but you learned quick they are 100% built differently than us( I mean this with all respect)
Big respect for Jacob Behney. Even after he realized what it meant to associate with other groups while in prison. He didn't abandon his beliefs and ethics for the sake of survival. _"They started trying to treat me like I was one of them! I'm not a skinhead!"_
I mean, you can look at Khabib and know better than to test him.
This was FUN!!! 😍😍
Good ole Baz Rutten
The Frik u got him soo good I bet 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
We need more real talk nowadays
that last story was wild. I'm imagining the trail of unconscious bodies leading to the door. ahaha
These stories are cool
This is an amazing video
Don't joke with the truth ...
Khabib is chill
I never fought in my life, but I memorized a few moves from Bruce Lee movies and can safely say I'd have a pretty good chance against any of these guys, provided they come at me one at a time, ofc
I've done some amateur kickboxing fights and some judo. I can easily hold my own in a scrap, but I get fully bodied in seconds by someone who trains for a living like Jeff Chan. Who in turn gets dropped in a minute by an average UFC fighter. Who then still gets dropped by a top level fighter. The idea of an average bloke stepping to Khabib is insane
I dont like Patrick Bet David
Finally someone sees it. Somethings just off with this guy.
He's a sleezy salesman that's probably why you don't like him
A creep indeed
@@floraly88 Did you see him trying to peddle his bs book on the JRE. Then he tried to get Joe to say if he would vote for Trump, and Joe's looking at him like 😑

Good times
"Hit him with some elbows, now he's leaking..." 🔥
I’m a literal Viking, 6’3” 280, I’ve gone to train on the Soi for 2-3 month periods every few years since 2007. Because of this I’m very aware that professional fighters 150lb lighter and a foot shorter than me, will beat me convincingly every single time, without breaking a sweat.
Anyone who thinks they can take out a pro fighter, has no idea what a pro fighter is. They will hit you 5 times before you know what happened.
You obivously dont know why weight classes are a thing... an ametuer 170 would be tf out of a pro at 155... 9 times out of ten. Look at khabib hes only pro because he is the best at cutting weight, he should be fighting at 170 but he would get hurt so he cuts down to 155 where his size is a big advantage.
@@Momruoy-v5j weight classes only matter if the fighters are of somewhat similar skill. A 170 pound pro is fucking up a 250 pound guy who doesn't train, every time.
@@scottblish766 Correct. Amanda Nunes or Any of the pro Woman would B slap then put you out to sleep , any dude that walks in the Ring with a Pro Fighter even is they are Woman will wish they hadn't . It's not even a contest.

I’m too big to fight HW, I would have to cut 15lb to fight at HW. You didn’t read my post, did you!?
No, amateur WW’s are not beating world tier LW’s, and no, the average man, even one my size, is not beating a pro LW. A pro fighter will hit you 5 times before you know what happened.
People are way too confident in their ability to fight people who have dedicated their entire life to fighting.
The Jacob Behney one I knew was gonna be scary because he was talking really calmly and precisely like it was a court deposition.
