I was a bouncer and a riot like the one Miletich is talking about started. It was about 20 guys, who where not on the VIP-list like they said they were..., against the six bouncers. Sadly I can't tell any cool stories about what happened because it was so chaotic I was just fighting for my life like it was the siege of Troy or something. One guard pulled a baton, another one somehow got a hold of a big pot lid from the kitchen and was using it as a shield. That's all I saw. Only one of us was a trained fighter, and it was not me. When I got home and took a shower I looked in the mirror and I had bruises everywhere, and the triceps area of my right arm was blue and purple. No idea how that happened and I didnt feel a thing. That was 30 years ago and now I'm a chef at a kindergarten. Life is weird.

I knew a guy, nerd, collected toy, comics, if you saw him outside hed be wearing flip flops, kind of a guy but not really. Balding a bit, socially awkward guy.

@SoapChill, I'm on the same page as you are my friend no doubt. A buddy of mine still to this day who I grew up with was always a very humble dude & quiet as a church mouse. He never bothered anybody unless they crossed the line & asked for it. A couple of times I seen some dipshlt step to him sticking out their chest talking tough. Yet, little did they know how close they were at getting their azz beat. But being as grounded as my buddy was & knew what he could yet shouldn't do at all costs if he could help it. He'd grit his teeth to give them a chance to step off & go kick rocks before they wear out their welcome & get an attitude adjustment. Cuz as calm & cool as he was, he was also an undefeated golden gloves boxing champ with a 3rd degree black belt in Kenpo amongst other types of fighting skills he dabbled in. He's my cat & all that & as cool as they come that anyone would be grateful to have in their life as I am. There's no one else who's as solid as my buddy besides my pop's that I have more respect for than anyone else. My pop's is another man who can handle himself that you don't want to play with unless you're stuck on Stoopid. Seeing my pop is a Marine combat veteran in Nam & a leader of men who retired @E-9 as a MGySgt in the Corps. Some of the first things he instilled in me growing up was don't judge a book by it's cover or ever underestimate anyone, especially the quiet one's in the corner. And watch out for the little guy's who have a little man complex with something to prove. Cuz he seen it happen in the Corps. & on the outside too. My pop's told me a few stories where he sat at the bar drinking a beer & watched a few big boys get their heads stomped by guy's much smaller than them who they thought they could push around. Those few things alone he wanted me to be smart about before doing something Stoopid. They were very wise words that proved themselves to me years later as I've seen it happen myself. Just saying... +++Peace Funk & Rock n' Roll 4 Your Soul My Friend+++. 🤘😜🤘
