Thanks for the 👍🏽video. Btw, i want to ask u. U said "Daily" exercise. But other fitness trainers advice not to daily, coz to give muscle rest. Which one is true? Thanks b4
Thanks for nice words, some exercise you can do daily such as, walking, Jumping jacks, squats, Push ups, and plank as well. But, some hard exercises such as, Bench press, deadlift, barbell squats, or other dumbbells exercises you can do 2 times a week. But proper rest, well nutritious diets and sleep for muscle growth and entire health 💪. Regards, Fitness journey
Squats are terrible for the knees. Cycling must only be done with very soft seats, as for men it couid lead to testicular cancer. Pushups are very good but should be done with devices that enable raised pushups to put less stress on the joints.
For beginners, 2 to 3 sets 7 to 10 reps, Intermediate athlete do 2 to 3 sets 12 to 15 reps, strength training exercises do 3 time's per week, and cardio exercise are daily. But, proper diet, sleep are crucial for muscle growth and recovery.
Annoying Ai voice and Very Annoying sound effects(Bubble Popping noise). Had to pause the video at 1:18. Jumping jacks are definitely good if you're young and not overweight. For someone over 50, Or an overweight person, there are more ideal exercises. I'm 54, 5'10 and usually weigh in the 160's lbs, and yeah, I'm quite fit for my age, mainly because of bicycle riding and alot of walking with my grocery store job. I also incorporate sprints amongst my variety of exercises. I use weights and bands, along with regular consistent usage of a crush gripper. Shadow boxing and karate kicks, even in a slight dosage add in quite a bit of overall benefit, as does stuff like Farmer Walks exercise, and batting a nerf ball around my yard. This is core functionality type stuff that one needs to try and maintain for as long as humanly possible, to enable better quality of life. Aging gracefully, that's what life ultimately becomes alot about. With squats, personally I find static squats or horse stance holds to be much more ideal at this point of my life. They're apparently much easier on the knees than doing all of that excessive up and down knee bending. Lunge stretching is another very beneficial exercise which is much easier on the knees than doing conventional squats.
Yup, they are a full body workout that enhances blood circulation throughout the body and a great cardio. They also improved digestion and entire wellness 💪.
Thanks for the advice 🙏
