Was called too old at 50! Started training in crumbling garage lifting rocks doing pushups on paint cans pullups on beams got ripped af at 53 years old!!!
I am 86 yrs old male, I never have done any of those exercises, but I manage to reach this OLD age by dancing for over 40 yrs, the following; Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, Tango, Slow waltz, Rumba, Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Bachata, Argentine Tango, West Coast Swing, Hustle, East Coast Swing. Bolero etc. My exercise put emphasis on brain stimulation, social engagement, & above all I am enjoying life while exercising. I still dance 4 to 5 times week. My exercise is not in the list of most Anti Aging exercise, but I have reach old age.
Ride a bicycle as much as you can outdoors. You get calf, thigh & glutes exercise if you push a little, not just at a snails pace. And the cardio in oxygen- rich air is super good for energy & toning of muscles.

1. Squats, 2. Cat-Cow Pose, 3. Planks, 4. Push-Ups, 5. Marching in Place, 6. High Adductor strengthening, 7. Calf raises.
