      @@Fitnessjourney120 yes I usually prefer bodyweight training so that's why I do push ups with different varieties like decline flour incline etc

    You need also pull-ups and hangs, yes its equipment, but you need it for spine

      1. Search how to calculate TDEEE
      2. Plan 6 to 8 diets per day.
      3. Add protein & Carbs in your diet.
      4. Do not take too much of protein from milk & peanut butter otherwise you will get lipoma.
      5. Focus on your Chest & shoulder with other muscles. ( after growing shoulder your posture will look good enough)
      6. Do not exceed 300 KJ energy of your daily intake, otherwise your stomach will come out.
      Its all by experience :-
      Gained from 48 Kgs to 72 Kgs. ( without disposition of fat on stomach)

    Sir my age is 69 running. Kindly confirm whether I can do all the 8 exercises since I am interested in doing all of them bcoz I got my total hip replacement done about 18 m0nths back.

      Consult your surgeon/physiotherapist to confirm suitability, but generally, low-impact exercises like yoga, swimming, cycling, and brisk walking are safe 18 months post-hip replacement. Avoid high-impact exercises like running, jumping, squats, deadlift or much more.But proper diet, sleep and rest are crucial for human entire wellness. Hope you enjoy this video.

      @@Fitnessjourney120 still a piece of equipment and if you are talking about the variation wear the chair or bench is behind you know that variation greatly increases the potential of shoulder injury.

      I think there is no problem you can do workout increase intensity slowly step by step and proper warm up so you are not get injured your ligament & tendon I see a video 65 year old lady start gym slowly improving and lifting heavy weight like young people
