    Walking's simple, but not the most effective. You're concern w/ joint impact than you include jumping jacks? Burpees w/out jump would be way better. After 60 seconds planks are a wast of time. No pull?

    I'm 48 and was hypogonadal. I got to the point that I was drinking 5 or 6 coffees just to wake up properly. Lack of motivation feeling a lack of energy and sluggish all the time. Training became an ordeal. Thought I was doing everything right, turns out I wasn't. Now I have reversed the problem and now have 586 ng dl and free T 15.4. Feel 10 years younger in all ways.       To build good stamina from a cross country runner (me), I would just not focus on the kilometers, literally just run as far as you think you can go or set a time to run like 30 minutes and keep the same speed the whole time
