      10 to 15 minutes running Daily Enough to build vitality, vigor and entire health. Thanks for Nice words ☺️

      To build good stamina from a cross country runner (me),
      I would just not focus on the kilometers, literally just run as far as you think you can go or set a time to run like 30 minutes and keep the same speed the whole time
