00:02 Having a negative mindset can make your mind weaker.
02:27 Complaining about things outside your control weakens your mind and puts focus on what's wrong.
04:55 Expressing oneself authentically is essential for mental well-being
07:24 Blaming others for our problems weakens our minds and takes away our power.
09:45 Fantasizing instead of visualizing weakens our minds by disconnecting us from reality and can lead to disappointment.
12:10 Neglecting personal relationships weakens our minds and hinders our joy and support in life.
14:34 Letting emotions rule weakens our minds
16:55 Cultivating emotional intelligence in Buddhism helps us respond wisely to emotions instead of reacting impulsively.
19:04 Dwelling on the past weakens our minds and prevents us from fully enjoying the present or looking forward to the future.
21:09 Letting go of the past creates space for new experiences and opportunities.
23:20 Cultivating equanimity, authenticity, and self-love liberates us from the mental weakness tied to worrying about what others say and do.
25:30 Buddhism teaches how to overcome habits that make us mentally weak.

Write down on paper with a pen, every mean thing a bully has ever said to you, try and write down absolutely every, single thing.
Once you have written it all down, take the paper to somewhere safe outside where you can set light to it with a match.
Do all of this when the sun has gone down, you'll notice the flame turns blue as it burns through the wording.
The next morning when the sun comes up, you'll start to let go of what the bullies have said, and this will be your day!
      🕊

Except for how I allowed the imbalances of sadness and confusion to overtake me for such a long while. Healing journey is going well though now that I AM internally staying in mindfulness. 1. Focus on 99 positive things rather on 1 negative
    2. Shift ur focus from uncontrollable things or passive things to active nd contollable
    3. Form a problem solving mindset, dont complain ,let go unnecessary burdens
    4.communicate wgatever insude you
5, blaming others for ur problems is like giving the steering wheel of ur life to someone else ,believe in karma
6.forgiveness is about releasing ourselves from carrying the burden of resentment
    7. Fantasising vs visualization, fantasising is about yhe end goal means u will get a pot of gokd in the end, involves clinging to a fixed idsa if the future
Visualization involves creating mental image of achievable goals ,adapts to the ever shifting landscape of life
8,don't get swept away with ur emotions dont let it rule rather observd that actively then respond wisely rather reacting impulsively .😊

One thing i leant different from others in you is it is important to exchange or be open with our ideas opinions suggestion critics for the world to know how we feel against overall view points of others analitically based on genaral back ground to fundermental issues on every day situation to life of theirs in return to ours and their application from principals of buddhism is a bench mark towards both eliminating mental instability and both keeping our bodily fitness on the redar simultaneously so that it wont bother our inner stability and outer stabilty with enviromental changes.

The subject Divine Metaphysics: Reality Understood Through the Lens of Religion, is a great topic because it allows us to explore ideologies and beliefs with an open perspective. The example used to define religion as more as a guide for moral beliefs is a reality and describing it as a form of influence is also true. Yes, "any real moral principle" [39:22] will be likely adopted or practiced when people trust the source of the teachings is a great point. I enjoyed this subject very much and believe it could be explored further. There are moral standards that I believe we could all agree on and part of me trusts that most of the ethical beliefs we have are similar. Yes, I know there are exceptions but, what is to say that we could not one day agree on Universal rights or standards, decide where we draw the circle and say this things are absolutely great and this are the positive consequences and these are the negative etc. Proving universal moral as does religion however, without the subjective empowerment over the people I think could be beneficial especially when proved through science and history.

"Our actions have consequences"- indeed they do, but what if things have gotten bad when there hadn't been any action by oneself, but WAS the actions of others? I can give several examples, but this one will do; Lets say you move to a new place away from home, and someone, who does not even know you, says things about you that are 100% untrue. We know the sayin "a lie can run around the world before the truth even has its boots on". Therefore, due to the lies that have been spread, you find yourself unable to get a job, or a place to live, etc. What was the action on the part of the initial person? Moving?
