This is a walkthrough video of how to run/install the main in cab harness I make for the Push Start with Passive Entry upgrade for 2013+ 4th Gen Rams. This video can also be used if you’re installing the Push Start only harness as well. You would just follow the instructions on how to run the wiring for the front and rear antenna ONLY as you wouldn’t have any of the wiring for the in door antennas or front door handle wiring.

I have 2019 regular cab do I need to put two antennas or just one is enough?

If you’re doing push button and passive entry then you need a door antenna in each door and a front and rear antenna in the cab.

Where does a guy get a new hub that doesn’t use the old style antenna? I want to keep my key to start but want remote start.

All the rf hubs are remote start capable. All you need for factory remote start is possibly some wiring, a new hood latch, a new fob overlay with the remote start button on it, and programming with alfaobd.

Passenger door is pos 4(green/orange) for the signal and pos 11 (green/violet) for the return. Should be in the green door connector.

my keyless entry stopped working, changed battery in fob, removed rear seats to get at RF hub, unplugged and plugged back in, gave it a few love taps with a wrench, worked for a day as it shoud, not working again, also have to use the FOB to push the button to start the vehicle. anytime the door opens while vehicle is running it says "key fob has left the vehicle" requiring a restart. If i need a new RF hub do i have to have it reprogrammed or is it just plug and play??

You need to program it to the truck and it will require new fobs. You should scan the rf hub for codes or try a different fob if you have one.

@@hydroblueram they cant reprogram exisitng fobs? i have three of them for my truck and really dont have the funds to buy new fobs.

@@garrettreid9229 fobs pair to the rf hub. You’d have to find someone who can clear the fob so it can be used again.
