I have a 2019 Ram 1500 classic Regular cab, I was able to add heated and cooled seats very easily because the wiring was already there, is it possible the wiring is already there for push button, RF hub and proxy handles?
I have only ever seen two trucks that had the wiring and both were 2016 2500’s. Makes me think they ram out of harnesses when those were being assembled so they used higher trim harnesses to complete them. 99% sure you will not have the wiring.
You should pull your pin from the rf hub first. Update the settings second. And then disconnect the battery and do the install. Once the install is complete, reconnect the battery and program a fob to the new rf hub. You may or may not need to reset the rf hub after the fobs are programmed. If your truck only runs for a few seconds and then shuts off then you need to reset the hub which will write the VIN to it and correct that issue.
I like your red push button.
How can I get the harness you make for my 2017 ram ? I would like to add push button start and passive entry
I have a 19 classic cut key , no factory remote can I do remote start - Or should I just upgrade my alarm to one with remote start?

Should i do them before or after i install everything?

Where did you purchase your push button? Did it simply plug in? Or did you have to purchase another adapter? Or make your own?
Check out my other videos. There is a lot more to it then just swapping the ignition switch.
Will the conversion work on a 2011 big horn no remote start
Truck has to be at least a 2013.
