  • Here I show you how to de-pin the male and female door connectors in case you make a mistake and pin any wiring to the wrong location.

BRO! I can’t believe you just posted this. I’ve been looking for more info on these. I’m trying to run new speaker wire and want to re-pin the wires line factory. Where can I buy the pins? Do you have a part number?

It’s not a one size fits all part number, there are multiple
Options. Can vary based on front/rear doors, which connector if front (fronts can have two), connector position number, and wire gauge.
Are you saying you are replacing the existing speaker wire that runs through the door connectors so you’d be re-pinning back into the factory locations?

@@hydroblueram I’m actually gonna see if I have another spot available so I can revert he system back to stock if I ever trade it in. I’ll leave the stock speaker harness in but it won’t be connected to anything.
Is there a name or type on pin I need to look for to buy this style? I looks like some pins have 2 spades, or am I missing something?

@@TylerD600 door connectors are yazaki which use either 1.5mm or 2.8mm terminals. But like I said, they have different terminals for different wire gauges.

@@hydroblueram gotcha. Gotta plan out the system still. Prob gonna go with 14 gauge wire.
