Idit, thank you so much for a wonderful class. You are just the best. The classes are poetry. Just a small point that I found the transitions between the poses a little too fast towards the end of the class. Other than that - perfection!

In my case, when I do this kind of movement with my legs, my hips always make this clicking noise and I feel rather uncomfortable. Do you know what it might be related to? Or am I doing the exercise the wrong way? Thank you 🌺
Happy New Year 🥂this clicking sensation while performing leg circles is very common, and doesn’t mean you are doing something wrong. Sometimes it helps to modify by bending the knee, and sometimes using a theraband can help. A good exercise to do is “knee stirs” with the knee bent and while you circle the knee imagine the ball and socket shape of the hip joint, and visualise the movement spreading some lubricant inside the joint. I hope that makes sense; let me know if you need any more clarification ♥️
@@iditspiro I tried the knee-stirs and to bend the kee while doing the circles, and it helped a lot. How would you do the circling with the theraband? Placing the foot in the middle and holding the ends in my hands while circling? Thank you for taking the time, I appreciate it♥️
