- we talk a lot about the pelvic floor in Pilates, but because it is so internal and intimate, we are often unsure whether we are using it correctly. this class aims to help us find more clarity and connection to the pelvic floor using an overball for feedback and challenge. make sure the overball is not too inflated for this class
This one really required mindful movement. A very good reminder that the pelvic muscles need to be engaged all the time, which I tend to forget about, and is not always easy to do even when I do remember. Thank you so much.

Just did it during my PMS suffering from low pack pain and migraine. And it felt amazing. `Your classes are amazing and i absolutely envy your offline students ☺

Great. I did it a few times and really felt a big difference in my pelvic floor; I think it’s ideal to do it frequently to get the best results 🙏♥️😀
