I use your video as I do my morning Pilates at home: I've been trying to establish a Pilates morning routine for a few weeks now... Not easy to set good habits! I love your voice, and the combo of pilates/ massages. The workout is on the easy side for me, I wouldn't have mind a longer work-out with more repetitions (I pause the video to do them but it kinds of break the flow), yet, why always go for a challenge? Because I know this is going to be on the easy side, I do this work-out with pleasure, and at the end of the work-out, well I still feel I've done some nice work and stretches. Maybe that's the secret to a successful routine! Anyway, merci beaucoup for your efforts and redoing this video. I still used the other version but it's better with your voice 😁Have a wonderful day.

Thank you for this workout, I actually found some of it challenging and not at all easy but nonetheless I really enjoyed it and will continue to use it. I do qigong, yoga and Pilates but have health problems and am not a spring chicken.We are all different and we can adapt and take from this wonderful workout whatever we want to. I find the length good as I prefer short segments and mix my exercise routines. Keep up the good work and thank you 🙏

Hi, I think you are talking about the mermaid with one hand on the roller? First I should say that if you have a problem there it is always worth getting it checked out by a qualified professional. But assuming there is no injury, then you could try putting less weight on the arm, which means you have to work the centre much more. And you can also modify by putting your hand on the floor instead. I hope that helps; let me know how you get on ♥️
I think beginners would be able to do it; there is nothing very challenging here. However if you are totally new to Pilates it might be a good idea to do a class without props until your roller arrives to get used to the breathing and principles. I’ll send you a few options
