I think Tim Patrick deserves an extra shout out for another aspect of his tenure. The announcers talked a little bit especially toward the end of the game about amon-ra and how quiet his production has been, but also that he wasn't moping on the bench, didn't appear to be upset, because he knew goff would do everything he could to get the ball to him. Tim Patrick deserves that same amount of credit, especially with a 2-year touchdown drought, he went out there and did what he could and what he was asked to do and waited patiently for his moments.

This team was a long time coming for me. I think of all the stars we had during those times, and I am sad they didn't get their ring. i left a similar comment on a short, but regardless of the ceiling is for this team, I am so happy to experience and be a part of (and alive for) it. Detroit has been so hungry for good football. it makes me so happy to see how the city has embraced, and even come together around, this squad. Detroit is strong. Detroit is resilient. Detroit has grit 🤘
