- This fun and flowing Pilates workout incorporates small hand weights to give a full-body workout, emphasizing toning the arms and strengthening the shoulders.
Please use the weight that is suitable for your level, and you can do any or all of the exercises without the weights and still get all the benefits

@@iditspiro Tank's for your response to be honest i didn't expect it . I really appreciate that. lately I experienced a lot of pain in my neck an shoulders including inner shoulderw. So generally neck, soulder , back strengthening and relief would be great.

Another great workout, Idit! Brilliant with the weights! I used 1.5 kg. Was just able to get through it all! Love the roll-ups/roll-downs with the weights! I will feel this everywhere tomorrow, but hey, that`s why we keep it up, right?

Felt really great, except my my elbows hyper extend so a little sore there
Thanks for letting me know; it can be tricky to work with hyperextended elbows; it’s important to remember to keep a soft bend in the elbow joint
