My UC very first started after a had my son (first born) and I didn't have a diagnosis and treatment plan. But, GIRL! The struggle is real. Playing, nursing, changing a diaper... And all of a sudden it's, Well mommy is running to the bathroom! A nice soft bathroom mat got us through some times... He would lay on the soft mat sometimes he would cry and sometimes he would be totally happy. But I knew he was safe, and he saw that I wasn't abandoning him. Lol...
Well, isn't she just the cutest! As someone who has a complete proctocolectomy, I'd like to understand how you have a bag, but still have to run to the bathroom. Could you please explain it to those of us who are in a bit of a different situation? Thanks for all you do!

Still have my rectal stump with active uc and it really helps so so much more
Hydrocortisone enemas and cortifoam were more relieving than mesalamine for me before bb surgery
