This is very helpful and is for all four ligaments that binds the knee...thanks sir...I know I can recover fast as my ligaments become weak due to lack of nutrition.....and I would like to know if there is any diet which can help in fast recovery??

i Hd injury on my knee ligament....long when i was 23, during GYMNASTICS before....now i m much better...now I can do running, jumping...etc...
but some time at jumping or at an unbalance area...it gets little rotate with sound "kdak" can you suggest me for that..

Hello sir, I have partial tear ACL injury on 27/12/2021. My Ortho doctor gave me 1 month fully bed rest with only three types of basic exercise and I have to wear long knee brace while having exercise. Should I start all these exercises you mentioned in video? Or I should waite untill doctors next visit? If yes then tell me which exercise I should do in 1st ,2nd , 3rd and 4th week ?

Dr. Sir, my backbone T12 and L1,L2 have got fractured and compressed since last 3 years and also has grade 3 meniscus tear in left knee. No one has suggested any exercise or physiotherapy for this. I am in pain and depending upon painkillers for last 3 years. Please reply and suggest me something for my backbone strength which I am losing day by day.
