I noticed a few people say they found the recipe to buttery, and were gonna take out some of the butter. I was wondering if instead of taking out butter, I added more condense milk, thus giving me a larger amount of icing. Or would that make the icing to thin?? Please advise 😊

I didn't want to guess as there appears to be so much difference in weight. Could you possible put the grams in as weight indicators. Can you recommend a good site to purchase cups. I don’t recommend leaving any buttercream out for too long if it contains butter or milk or cream for food safety reasons. You may need to look at a buttercream made from only vegetable shortening.
Gloria Bass yes, I use them to stack cakes all the time ruclips.net/video/8q8uQ5O96XQ/видео.html. Refrigerate to set the buttercream. If it’s a cool day the hold up very well when taken out of the fridge.

When I can go to the store and stock up I'm buying butter and sweetened condensed milk. The SCM has a good shelf life and butter can be kept in the freezer. 😂😂
I love condense milk buttercream, I use half butter and veg shortening as this keeps it lighter and whiter. Much easier to make and pipes perfect.

If it’s a cool day they are good for a couple of hours. They don’t melt they just soften.

No it doesn't matter but chilled works best if you live in a hot/humid climate.
