Can this buttercream need refrigerated? If store in the fridge, how long will I need to take it out of the fridge before icing the cupcakes? Do I need to use hand mixer to whip it again before icing the cupcake?

Amazing!! This looks to have the same consistency as my Swiss meringue buttercream but should be much easier to make, I can't wait to try it! Speaking of, do you have a recipe for a Swiss or Italian meringue buttercream using margarine? We tried making an Italian one the other day but it's just not that great 😕 Would love to see a video on it if you do! 😊😘
@@CupcakeSavvysKitchen it looks fabulous!! But ya, that's what I figured. Frankly I was amazed it even turned out! It's actually not horrible, just a bit salty and a tad grainy. But for filling macarons I think it'll be ok. My dad has celiac disease so am set out to make him the perfect gluten-free dairy-free macaron! 😊 thanks for the reply! 😘

It will be enough to use between the layers but not for covert as well.
