Naimun Nahar These can be whipped up in glass or plastic without any issue 🌈 You are probably thinking about meringue based frostings. You whip egg whites in a glass or metal bowl (copper is best as it lends an ion to the egg white which helps them stabilize but that a long story 😝) bcuz any fat (egg yolk, butter, oil) will prevent the egg whites from forming. Plastic, even having been washed, can hold onto fats and could potentially be disastrous for your meringue. So it’s always best to whip egg whites in gloss or metal bowls. Hope this helped 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I made this today! It was very good. Mine turned out a little too soft, and a little too salty, but that was totally my own fault because I used salted butter instead of unsalted and I think I over-softened my butter to start with. Both the recipes and especially the music speaks to me! Love it!
Most frostings are overly sweet and somewhat gritty when made with confectioners sugar so this one is very appealing to me. I’m going to try the caramel.
Wonderful! :-)
Omg these look so tempting.. I will surely try.. but I have a question doesnt it melt easily as it's made of butter base.? Will it last long if I use it on cake.?
I foten use them on cakes and they work well. If you line in a hot/humid climate it will soften. I used it on this cake ruclips.net/video/8q8uQ5O96XQ/видео.html
my cake side business quite does better now since im ff your tutorials. God bless you for sharing your knowledge to other dreamers like me! i will never swith to other frostings again!❤️👍🥰🙏
How fabulous! I'm thrilled to hear it!
So if I wanted cream cheese frosting would I just add softenes cream cheese in with the butter and condensed milk?
Here you go...ruclips.net/video/eO5VzxK2mrU/видео.html
This was very easy but I had to put a few tablespoons of icing sugar into it to get it to stand up. Otherwise it was beautiful on my caramel apple cupcakes!
I want to just eat it by itself. Looks so good.
I know, right! Lol
It looks AMAZING and the music too!
But what about vanilla?!
Vanilla is just plain butter and condensed milk and vanilla essence no?
Love this idea. I am sure to try. I needed an easy buttercream for a cake I want to bake. This is it. Terrific.
Thank u so much i was looking for a caramel flavored bttercream for so long now
Parabéns as suas receitas são maravilhosa! Que bom que vcs passa em português ! Eu acho que é muita Mantega posso usar a metade? Muito o brigada
This frosting omg is sooooo good! Rich creamy and if you follow the measures and tip properly it is one perfect buttercream. I made the one with white chocolate - it was amazing.
For Indian climate please consider doing it in an air conditioned room. The butter being cold yet soft is very vital.
It is silky, creamy, rich, u will keep licking the frosting... To me this is even better than ganache...
margaret christy how fabulous! I am soooooo thrilled! Thank you SO much for sharing your feedback! :-)
I am making these frostings many years now
Can you substitute half the butter for shortening to help stabilize the frosting in tropical climates?
But my icing was buttery and dense.... After i refrigerated my cake the icing was hard because of butter.... Why wasnt my icing soft and non buttery.
watching the mixing process is sooooo satisfying
I know, right! Lol

I’m so very happy I found you I’ve always want to learn how to do this. Thank very much I will follow all recipes and watch some of ur videos god bless you. Keep on making videos 👍 👍
Essa quantidade de café é suficiente fica saboroso? Posso servir gelado como sobremesa? Achei tão lindo que fiquei imaginando que poderia ser servido como sobremesa.
You learn something new everyday, I will be trying this tonight. Thank you so much for sharing your talents. You are a gift from the Sweet tooth Gods. Stay safe
Great recipe and I would love to try the caramel one.. I have couple questions , why did you use the stand mixer instead of hand mixer like the 2 previous ones and do we need to use chilled or room temperature condensed milk .. Many thanks to you 😊
Can you use canned Dulce de leche instead of cond milk?!?!
Sure can! I show how here ruclips.net/video/dlszFG0xgUA/видео.htmlsi=z0CghQI4g1ppV7El
@@CupcakeSavvysKitchencan we use white chocolate ?
There's no need for dulce de leche., Dulce de leche is boiled condense milk. You just boil the can long enough for it to cook the milk.
Q rico un beso desde Barcelona ❤
I made this today! It was very good.
Mine turned out a little too soft, and a little too salty, but that was totally my own fault because I used salted butter instead of unsalted and I think I over-softened my butter to start with. It still worked really well for a home birthday cake, and everyone was pleased. We used Nutella for our flavoring. What a hit!
Did you just put a dollop of nutella in or did you melt it first? I'm thinking of making Lotus biscoff flavour.
@@varshaju We did not melt the Nutella, just plopped it in. :) Good luck with your frosting! I hope yours works as well as mine did.
It's really Useful. Thankyou for sharing. Wish you healthy and Happy always.
Wow this is an amazing recipe 😍
I have a question.. when making a batch of your recipe, if i want to add coffee and chocolate to it, how much would they be? Thanks x
Looks delicious! Awesome job, I will definitely without a doubt have to try that some day.
This was divine! Smooth and not overly sweet. Thank you! ❤️
Glad you enjoyed it!
Excelente receta quisiera saber si se podría usar como relleno y cuánto tiempo tendría de duración una vez aplicada o guardada en el refrigerador ?? Muchas gracias
May I ask if these buttercream are to be stored in the fridge only? Will they melt in the room temperature after frosting on the cupcakes as I prefer to keep cupcakes at room temperature :) Also for how long these buttercream will last for (if not freeze them) xx
I am gonna use this trick in my alll the cakes i love making cakes and i wish i was allowed to be a ytuber :( ur the best ytuber i learn most of the things from u;)
You're very kind. Thank you! Maybe one day you CAN be a RUclipsr! :-)
Hello, so kind of you to share this recipe !! Can we use this in between the two layers of the cake ? Bonne maman is a french product ! 😊
Yes. definitely! I used the Mint version on this cake ruclips.net/video/Rsb__M6FOO8/видео.html
Hi dear, can I use half butter n half cream cheese or mascarpone?
Yes you can but the result will be less stable.
Tnx
@@ahundredloveletterstoyou993 i was wondering if you tried it with creamcheese or mascarpone? Because i think that will make it creamier and less buttery 🥰🥰🥰
@@inconnuinconnu3207 I’ve used both n they worked perfectly ✨💜✨
Спасибо большое за видео, за идеи, за хорошее настроение ❤❤ замечательный крем, приготовить будет несложно, я хочу попробовать с белым шоколадом, и ванилью.
I tried the coffee recipe, definitely add in more coffee for more flavour. I also ended up adding more sugar because it couldn’t really taste anything but the butter. A good recipe though. The condensed milk gave it a great texture.
Many thanks for this recipe!!!!
It worked out so well.
Thumbs up!!
Fabulous!
This looks so good. I'm going to try this when I get a hand mixer, and find some butter, condense milk and chocolate. The shelves in my local markets are bare.
I feel your pain! All my store shelves are bare as well :-( Stay safe.
Wao I'm so glad I stumbled upon this recipe. I'm going to try it for my husband's birthday
Wonderful!
That crazy I was thinking the same thing my husband loves carmel and coffee
How was the experience guiees
Hola, encantada con sus recetas, un abrazo desde Chile.
Puedo usar chocolate o cacao en polvo, en lugar del chocolate líquido?,. Responde x favor, is very important, thanks You.
I love this, if I make a cake and add this frosting do I have to put the cake in the refrigerator?
OMG I'm defo going to make this. It looks just like italian meringue buttercream but much less hassle :) xx
Exactly! :-)
Awesome! I’ve used it for years now but lately the condensed milk in Brazil got thinner and I stared using more bitter but haven’t tried this much. I’ll certainly try this amount, thanks! Can I always use the paddle attachment or just when making the Caramel flavor?
What brand of butter you’re using?
What did I just see? All goodness and art!
Love this!
May I know the shelf life after piping it on cakes/ macarons? 🤗💖
It looks so yummy Would this be good for fillings in chocolate cakes thanks
Sure would!
I made the chocolate today, & I agree it’s definitely better & less sweet, but maybe a drop to Butter forward? ( if that’s a thing) so I added another 1/4 of chocolate, & that helped. Still awesome
& thankful 👍🙏🏻
OMG You had me the moment I saw condensed milk in the title. Yum. Liked and Subscribed. Thank you for sharing this deliciousness!
Lady J Walker how fabulous! Welcome:-)

That's very kind of you. Thank you :-)
I did the EXACT same thing, then watched & THEN became a Subscriber!
Becky Shields welcome!
These look so smooth and creamy ... you can cook condensed milk in tin to make a caramel ,, so on the last cream couldn’t you use that instead of adding the extra caramel ...
Yes that would work.
Or just use caramel condensed milk version
Omg I never know that you could use condensed milk and butter to get frosting for cake. I always wanted to make coffee cake and I always wanted to know how to make the frosting. I will try your method sometime and see how it comes out. Thanks for putting out this video. It is amazing to watch.
Looks/sounds delicious. One question, won't it separate, d shortening/butter version?
Say goodbye to powdered sugar!!! this is the besssttt!!! 👍👍👍😘
Que delícia. Já esperimentou adicionar 9 colheres de leite em pó na mistura de manteiga com leite condensado? O sabor e o aroma é parecido com chocolate branco.
Oh I want to try to make looks so delicious perfect frosting
Trust me! You'll love it :-)
Looks delicious. Can we use the caramel for a wedding cake?
Is very beatiful, congratulationes , without words.Quien pudiera tener esa habilidad.
All is beatiful , is amaizing.
